The host was quick to reply to any of our needs. I had asked about parking and the availability to bring our Samurai for adventures. Joel was quick to respond and included some ideas for trails to adventure on.This place is amazing! It is clean, with more than ample supplies for anyone to feel comfortable.Lots of towels, 2 coffee makers, a drip and pod style, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need!All the little thoughtful details make this place extra special. Cozy blankets to snuggle on the couch with, easy to follow instructions for the TVs, thermostat, and appliances. Every light switch is labeled, making it easy to know what to turn on. We will definitely book again!

This is a very clean adorable cabin! The host has gone above and beyond to make it comfortable and convenient. It is well equipped, including a binder with instructions for equipment in the cabin and dining recommendations, complete with menus! We loved the covered patio area out back where we were able to sit and comfortably enjoy the rain without getting wet! I would love to stay there again if I found myself in the area.

We spent nearly a month in Show Low at Black Bear Lodge and had a fantastic time. This condo was cozy, well-stocked, and plenty roomy for us. The neighbors were friendly and the park was delightful. The most pleasant surprise for us was proximity to beautiful hiking trails-- we didn't even have to get in the car to hike/bike/run for miles! We even spotted some wild horses.

Cozy and comfy

We loved staying at Black Bear Lodge. It was so cozy and fun! We loved the little touches we’d find around every corner. Everything was clean and cozy and we’d definitely stay again.

Clean and Convenient!

Black Bear Lodge was perfect for our needs as we visited grandkids (and their parents). The house was clean and creatively decorated. Highly recommended unless it is a time where we need it!

Couple Weekend getaway

Was very impressed with the upgraded appliances and overall cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. Great location, close to a few restaurants, Gas stations and Safeway. The beds weren’t the most comfortable- more of a firm memory foam mat but some people might love it. The upstairs neighbors were very heavy footed. From 11p to 1a and then again around 5a both nights not the worst but definitely hindered getting a good nights sleep. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would stay again. The owner Joel was very friendly and communication was phenomenal. 5 stars!

A short stay just to check out the area.

We rented the condo for 2 nights just to check out the area for possibly relocating. The property was well kept and clean. It was as advertised and even though it was my wife and I having 2 bathrooms was very nice. Checking in and checking out was very smooth. We would definitely stay there again if we are traveling through the area.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

Wonderful cabin/lodge experience! This cabin retreat is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The decor was so nicely done, including the cozy outdoor space. The furnishing were new, kitchen had everything we needed (and we cook)! The location is perfect, right off the main road as you enter Show Low. We enjoyed the lake (just a few minutes away) and the short drive to everything we needed. Loved the walking path into the woods! Highly recommend this property!

Cute comfortable apartment

Everything was perfect and we recommend this home and the owner. All was comfortable and the decor was tasteful and cozy with log cabin theme. We will look for this listing specifically on our next trip to Show Low.
