This fully equipped Ground Floor New England style studio has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Burlington area and work from home. One block off Route 7/Shelburne Rd., tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is minutes away from Lake Champlain, Shelburne Farms, Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Vineyards, micro-breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Burlington. You will enjoy the easy drive to Stowe, mountain biking at Catamount, the Lake Champlain Ferry and Montreal. The studio is well appointed with a queen size bed, and a sofa bed that can be made up as a twin xl or queen. The full kitchen features electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, 3 types of coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is fully stocked with linens and amenities, and a laundry center with washer and dryer. Free off street parking for one vehicle is available, only steps away from the entrance. Free street parking is available. During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor patio with table and chairs and an umbrella. This place is great for short stays or longer bookings!

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay in this lovely studio. From the moment we entered the tidy and well furnished unit, we felt we had made an excellent choice. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The amenities and kitchen supplies were plentiful and there were thoughtful supplies like coffee and fresh cream available. It is evident the hosts take much pride in their property, both inside and out, and we recommend it very highly.
