Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
To begin with, the pool and hot tub were not functioning during peak winter season — which is extremely frustrating, especially considering that many guests come to ski and look forward to relaxing afterward. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was specifically for those amenities.
There were constant loud water/pipe noises in the bathroom throughout the night that woke me up multiple times. It was very disruptive.
The room cleanliness was also below expectations. Housekeeping only made the bed but did not properly clean the bathroom (toilet, surfaces, etc.), which was unacceptable.
Breakfast quality needs significant improvement, both in variety and overall presentation.
On top of that, the staff was not welcoming and came across as unfriendly.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.
