We took a girls trip to the mountains. The group was made up of mom/daughters/friends. Everything was clean and beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay only a couple issues.

The place was very nice!!! Only reason for the 4 was due to the dishes in cabinet were dirty and greasy. I had to put 9 plates in the dishwasher and hand wash some. After running dishes through dishwasher, some of them were still dirty and I had to hand wash those as well. Not sure if it’s the dishwasher or the detergent for the dishwasher. I discovered the night before we left after emptying the dishwasher that a lot of dishes were still dirty. I highly recommend staying at this cabin!!! We made great memories with the grandkids.

Pretty Property, Pretty bad experience

When I first got there that Friday around 5, The code didn't work on the door...So I attempted to get the key out the box. It was Jammed up and I couldn't get it out. I spent 3 hours trying to reach customer service and waiting on return calls.When the maintenance man arrived (waited 45 min and he was hateful on the phone) he confirmed that the key box was broken and the battery for the door lock was dead.He was super nice in person though. I asked the company for a late checkout on Sunday since we didnt get into the cabin until after 9pm and the third party that owns this property said no. I think 10 am is entirely too early to check out!! BUT while we were trying to get in, we did go ahead and turn on the hottub since it was accessible. So it had a chance to heat up for approx. 5 hours. It was still warm when my family got in it. not hot tub temp more like warm bath water. i chopped it up to needing more time to heat up. It never did over the weekend, so we didnt get to use it. The games provided was missing pieces, toilet paper was like notebook paper, had to go buy some as well as garbage bags and paper towels. Not enough towels or washcloths, we had to rewash them. Only One burner worked on the stove. Also, upon checking out, you had to wash all dishes and dry and put them up, take all trash outside to the bin, and alot more. i will not book again. customer service was awful. Positives: Beautiful home, plenty sleeping space, comfy beds.Nice Jacuzzi bathtub.

Exceptional Clean Family Cabin

Absolutely amazing. Just as it was listed. Had everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Several box fans available if your one that sleeps with a box fan. The rooms had ceiling fans as well. Super clean. They even let us in a fee hours early since it was available for free and that's without even asking, they just texted and let us know. My family and I hope to stay again next year. Location is perfect about 10 to 15 minutes out Wears Valley Road from Pigeon Forge and it's not a climb up the mountain so since it did snow and freeze that was excellent.

Misty Mountain family trip

Wonderful everything in cabin supper well stocked great location and parking. One drawer in kitchen need track repair and hot tub wasnt clean. We had a great stay and would go again and recoment that cabin to anyone

Peaceful on the hill!

Great location! 15 minutes away from all the tourist attractions! So very peaceful and quiet! Cabin has everything you could ask for and very spacious! Would definitely recommend it and would go back!

Great family cabin

We are a family of 8- and this cabin suited us perfect. It was far more spacious that even the pictures indicated. Everything was in great condition. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Great Spring break

Wonderful cabin! Clean, organized, accurate listing. Well decorated with great beds and plenty of kitchen supplies and family activities. We would highly recommend this cabin and would stay again. The only slightly negative comment I can say is the construction going on at the neighbors house was loud with music and power tools. We would love to know what kind of mattress is in the master bedroom. Thank you! We enjoyed our family spring break in the mountains.

Wears Valley Getaway

The location was perfect for us. There was plenty of parking for several cars.(we pull a small closed in trailer) We loved the layout of the cabin it was very clean. Our only complaint would be we couldn’t get the hot tub to warm above 58 degrees. Maintenance gave us a few suggestions that didn’t work. They did say they could come out later but we were only there another day so not really worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Veterans week retreat

Perfect location for a getaway. Cabin well kept and cozy. Sister flew up from Florida and wants to stay here again next year. We live in Oak Ridge and since the Misty Mountain Retreat has everything we needed, we did not have to drive home for any supplies.

Beautiful and quiet

Great location! The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable. The back deck had newer furniture and the hot tub was wonderful. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi bath in the master suite. I great place to stay!!!

The best!!!

Absolutely perfect place to stay! Clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub was delightful after a long day out and about. Beds were heavenly too. Quiet location, just the sounds of birds, but close to everything. I honestly have nothing bad to say. I will DEFINITELY come back!!
