We had a great time! The house was very clean with comfortable beds! Everything looked brand new and in wonderful condition! The big shared yard, more like an open field, was perfect for dogs & kids to enjoy. The driveway to the rental units is all gravel with a slight hill but not an issue if you go slow. The house was easy to get to and very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. The owners were very responsive to messages and making sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely rent from them again next time we are in town. Thanks again !

Rental was very clean Tastefully decorated. Appreciated the decorations with a bible verse. Also well equipped. Only complaint is I think it should have been listed as a 2 bedroom. 1. 1/2 bath. It did not have 2 full baths

Great place to stay. It was very clean, welcoming & attractively decorated. I loved the owners’ thoughtfulness in providing little extras. It had everything we needed to cook. I don’t remember the description saying both bedrooms were upstairs, which could be a problem for older people or the disabled. All In all, it was a great place & I would recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful three day stay over spring break. All of the amenities were perfect and we had a great time. The property itself is secluded enough that we enjoyed looking at the stars and listening to the birds, yet close enough that we could be in the heart of pigeon Forge within 10 minutes.

Quiet townhouse

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We were there from February 18th thru February 25th, 2024. The townhouse was exactly as it was described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer were a great bonus. And it was also close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

AMAZING STAY!!

The property is in a great location…peaceful yet still close to the parkway and attractions. It was very clean, amazingly equipped and decorated plus the most comfy beds! The owners are super easy to work with and respond so quickly and are eager to accommodate needs if at all possible. I will definitely be back and refer them to anyone traveling to that area.

Most pleasant

The location was perfectly close to Dollywood and yet so quiet and secluded. The inside was so cutely decorated for Christmas and cozy. Everything was so clean and neat and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Cute little duplex

Very clean, newly remodeled. Well stocked with everything you may need. Very quiet neighborhood, but walls were a little thin. Location is very good, right behind Dollywood. Our only complaint is apparently VRBO does differentiate between two bathrooms and one and one-half bathrooms. This apartment is one and a half bathrooms. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.
