As the pictures show the apartment has basic furniture. There are a couple of issues with this apartment that they need to address and I have made the managing company aware:1) The blinds in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom have broken slats and they really bring the place down. 2) Legs are not attached on all the kitchen chairs3) Shrubs outside are overgrown, and contribute to a slightly creepy entrance. 4) Bathroom needs better cleaning - the sink either needs better cleaning or is rusty. 5) Basics - providing a new clean sponge Also - the apartment was advertised as having a laundry facility. We were given an access code to another part of the building, and this turned out to be a separate apartment (that someone appeared to be living in). We didn't feel comfortable using this. The apartment is in a good location in Seattle, easy access to many parts of the city. I think all of these issues can be easily addressed and it will be a perfectly fine place to stay.
