This is our second time staying at this hotel and we are, once again, very happy with everything! From the moment we checked in to the moment we leave, we can’t say enough about how wonderful of experience it is to be there. The staff is delightfully helpful, the room is very clean and in great condition. We highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Seattle Downtown and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable with a nice view of the city. My only disappointment was housekeeping. I was told my room would be cleaned every other day, but unfortunately it was never serviced and towels were never replaced. I would stay there again, but I would make sure to request cleaning service directly next time. Aside from that issue, the stay itself was decent and enjoyable.

Perfect location for Convention Center or Paramount Theater events. Very new and nice. Rooms are a bit smaller than a typical Residence Inn but much larger than a lot of rooms available in the area. Has a restaurant/bar and a snack/necessity stand around the clock. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants including a bar/late night pizza slice joint (mediocre at best and perfect at 1am). If ya know ya know.

However we didn’t get the suite we booked (separate living area) even after we had called in advance to confirm. The room was in good condition. We initially faced an issue with the room that was assigned to us, but it was promptly changed upon our request, which we appreciated. However, our experience at breakfast was disappointing. The lady on breakfast duty was rude and created unnecessary arguments. We had early morning trips planned and requested to take a couple of fruits or muffins with us, which were part of the breakfast package we had paid for. She refused and behaved as though we were asking for something unreasonable. Later, we confirmed with the front desk that there was no such restriction, which made the interaction even more frustrating.

The room was so dirty. I booked for the hotel because I wanted a kitchen and a bathtub. Kitchen area including a fridge inside and outside are dirty. Glasswares are dirty too. There were syrup all over complementary tea and coffee. Bathtub seemed like if never been cleaned. I couldn't use them because of the dirtiness. It was waste of money. I asked for cleaning 5 times but they didn't clean at all. Also, door lock was broken so I asked to fix it 5 times but never fixed.
