This is an adorable house in a fun and hip neighborhood, close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. It took us a minute to figure out how the downstairs bed goes from a daybed to a king bed and once we accomplished that, everything was perfect.

Loved this house and definitely will be checking for availability on future trips. Clean and comfortable rooms, all the kitchen amenities you could ask for, laundry, parking, and so close to restaurants, grocery, and the light rail. Bonus friendly neighborhood cat, Kevin. Note that if you have any mobility issues there are stairs to navigate unless you plan on going through the garage and staying downstairs.

Charming Home!

Very comfortable home in charming Roosevelt. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Easy check in, very communicative. The yard is fully fenced and pet friendly which was very important to us.

Quiet house with easy access to the entire city

This property is great, the manager is helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The yard is big and my dog had a blast playing fetch in the fully fenced yard. The home is near the freeway and the lightrail, but is remarkably quiet. Highly reccommend!

Clean and comfortable house

The house is very comfortable and well-stocked. The owners have provided everything you might need, including AC, which is rare in Seattle homes. The bathrooms are updated and clean and everything in the home worked well. We live in Seattle and stayed during a remodel of our home. As a Seattle'ite, I can say that the location is super convenient -- access to freeway, mass transit, light rail, Greenlake park -- all very close and easy to get anywhere in Seattle from this home. Plus, the managers communicated promptly and were very inviting and easy to work with. We would have stayed longer if it had been available. Thanks for the great stay!

Great home near Green Lake and the light rail

This home was even nicer than the description. Very clean and well furnished with everything you need. There are two bedrooms in the main floor, and a large bedroom + office space in the basement. Peaceful side and backyard with grill. Loved it!

Walkable Roosevelt

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dandelion House. The Roosevelt Neighborhood is really walkable; there is delicious coffee nearby, a quick walk to the new light rail train, and several grocery stores. We had no problem ordering delivery food, and really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. We had our dogs with us, and the yard is fully fenced. The description of the house does not mention the summer berry extravaganza in the backyard (raspberries, blackberries); my breakfast oatmeal was amazing for the month that we stayed at the house. Cooking was easy in the kitchen, I had everything that I needed. In fact, as a seasoned traveler/renter in the Seattle area, this is the best kitchen that I have seen so far. The owner and property manager were lovely and responsive when needed. Book this property.

Charming cottage in beautiful condition

The owners thought of just about everything, even providing poop bags and treats for our pup. Spotlessly clean, the house is very well appointed with quality furnishings, kitchen utensils and appliances. Location is fabulous: walking distance to grocery and transportation, a park down the street, and quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place for our family to gather from multiple locations and share a magical Christmas in Seattle!
