This was a great house. Each bedroom has a bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy when they wanted it. It is a process where you have to go online and enter info to get a vehicle pass and amenity card, but it's actually pretty simple to do. Very responsive host, maintenance came right away when we had a question about the door and how to lock it, and it was a beautiful location. Definitely great to have the golf cart for exploring the area and running down to see the sunset and sunrise.Highly recommend to horseback ride on the beach.

Seabrook Never Disappoints

2611 High Hammock was a great place to stay for a larger family. Roomy and spacious! Renting the golf cart was a game-changer for us as well. We had a wonderful week!

Overall great experience

Nothing but good things to say. Fun spot to watch approach shots on the 7th hole of Ocean Winds. Spacious screened in porch with additional deck without screen for when you want to be in the sun. Set back from course though, so still very private. Also private from the front even though on thoroughfare across the island. Very well appointed kitchen, didn't have to buy anything that was missing. Plenty of common spaces for people to either mingle or be on their own. Would definitely recommend!

Great house and great neighborhood

Comfortable house with great areas to relax. We cook a lot when we travel, and the kitchen was outstanding. My pet peeve when we rent houses are dull knives THANK YOU for the quality cutlery! Grill is very new and works well. Some extra hoops with the amenity cards and gate access but it was surprisingly easy once we got on-site. A dedicated office space and a desk in the master already have us discussing coming back this winter to escape the cold since we could both have dedicated spots to work. We will look to rent this house again in the future but likely with a larger group so the only thing I could suggest to the owners is a larger dining room table. Several places to enjoy a meal inside and out but if all the bedrooms were occupied, I don’t know that everyone (8) would fit at one dining spot.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The large kitchen was roomy enough for all of us to gather and cook together, and the screen porch was a favorite hangout for us all.While we were there, we ran into a problem. The refrigerator stopped working. Drew from Sweetgrass was there in an instant with a small dorm refrigerator for us to use in the short term, and he unlocked the owners fridge in the garage for us to use. Unfortunately the garage fridge didn’t work either (perhaps there had been a power surge?). So Drew had another dorm size fridge delivered to us to use. Two brand new refrigerators were delivered to the house the very next day! That was no small feat - to select, order and arrange delivery for both a new kitchen fridge and one for the garage was a perfect solution.We can’t possibly say enough about Drew and Sweetgrass - and the responsive owners who remedied the problem so quickly for us. We were able to stay focused on enjoying our vacation, and they remedied the problem. Drew even initiated a partial refund for the food that spoiled in the fridge our first night.We also rented the owners golf cart - it made getting back and forth from the beach with kids a ton of fun!We could not have asked for a better vacation at Seabrook, a more beautiful and comfortable home, or better service than we received from Drew! Thanks for a lovely week at Seabrook Island!!
