Beautiful condo in a quiet area. We loved staying out on the island even though the weather was cooler than we'd have preferred. Great spot to relax and explore the low country and Charleston. Every was clean and convenient.

The home was very clean and well decorated. Amazing location, perfect communication. Only thing I would point out is the size of the primary shower. It was clean and fine for us, but if you are over 6 ft tall or a little bigger than average it could be tight.

Stunning!

LOVED our stay at Creek Watch. Loved the double balconies & inverted layout, seeing the sunrise & sunset glow over the marsh, hearing and seeing the ocean waves crashing in the distance, crab dock / boat launch / path just around the corner. Clean, kept, and just simply magical! Obvious care was taken in setting up furnishings in just the right places for easy workflow while staying. Thank you!

Great villa with gorgeous views!

We rented the place for overflow for a family gathering and it was perfect! The accommodations were very comfortable and had a relaxing coastal feel! The view was stunning!

We throughly enjoyed our time at this place and would return if the opportunity presents itself. The views were beautiful. The furniture was all nice and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked in terms of plates, utensils, and cooking. The location quiet. The parking was easy. Just a really good place and experience.

A cool area of Seabrook to stay. Being close to the crab dock and Capn Sam’s creek was great for fishing and paddle boarding. The marsh and creek views from the Villa were great. Close to everything. Villa had everything a group of 4 needed.

We have stayed at Sea Brook at least 9 times in the last 25 years. This unit was fair.

Hard to park two cars, noisy, not very well equipped.How about some paper cups in bathrooms and kitchen. Napkins. I am comparing this with other units we have stayed at.

A Much Needed Repose

Steven and Sarah's Townhome on Sea Brook Island is the perfect place for a much needed rest and reset. We just enjoyed four days there in early April with our oldest daughter and her two children. Driving onto the island feels like going back in time to a quieter, more peaceful place. The townhome was pristine, beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a cozy stay. We were welcomed with a sweet note, a bottle of wine and the most delicious key lime cookies. Steven and Sarah were immediately responsive when the wifi went down and with their help my daughter had it up and running in a jiffy. The screened in deck offers a lovely view of the marsh and beach and we spent many hours visiting, reading and enjoying morning coffee there. The beach was easy to access and very secluded and the island is a perfect place to enjoy biking as a family due to the shady live oaks, smooth and flat streets and minimal traffic. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, especially the many varieties of birds. Our grandson loved visiting the crab dock just a short walk or bike ride away. Harris Teeter is conveniently located and the scenery and peaceful atmosphere is just what we all needed! We hope to visit again soon!
