I didn’t go because I stayed there 3 weeks before my stay was booked and was terrible,vending machine was out of order,my card wouldn’t work to get in the fitness room waited at the desk for 5 min no one came so o left,the air conditioner was loud sounded like a airplane taking off didn’t get much sleep.and around midnight there was drunk people running up n down the hallways and someone was trying to use there card trying to open my door very disappointing will never choose that hotel again or recommend it to family and friends,unless someone reaches out to me to at least apologize or return my refund

There were no problems with the rooms or the staff- we would have appreciated some cleaning and clean towels on the second day but we didn't get that. There are much better complimentary breakfasts at other hotels - this one was a bit basic. Also I checked in online but I still had to do a bunch of card showing and signing at check in so that was a bit annoying.
