Room was newish and clean, decorated like a cheap dorm room. Also, no coffee in the room no cups, no bathmat to step on and shower water was barely lukewarm. There was also no microwave in the room. Will make a different choice next time.

The refrigerator didn't work properly which was a problem due to my husbands insulin needing to be refrigerated. Also the table lamps were not working we needed to use our phones and flash lights to turn lights on on the walls to see at night and put-on over head light on to go to the bathroom disrupting everyone else's sleep. Also the beds and pillows were awful. The Hotel was notified and I was told i would receive a full refund. To date i have not received it. I was told it went back to Hotels.com and I am very dissatisfied.
