Quiet getaway

This was a nice house. What makes it exceptional is the neighborhood. It is quiet and close to many things on a bicycle.

Our Best Stay in 30A to Date!

We had an amazing experience at the Surfing Cowboy. It was exactly as described and the access to the beach was even better than I expected. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the kitchen appliances, cookware, cups, plates, serving platters, etc. The bikes provided were such an amazing asset to have. We don't have one negative thing to say and can't wait to stay again next year!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Audible sigh

Our stay at this property was awesome. The team was responsive and helpful to us navigating challenging travel upon arrival and departure. The house was sweet, clean, and amazing. We loved the layout, the design, the pool table, the proximity to the beach, fish market and snow cones, and not far from Seaside and other places. We only walked or rode bikes for transportation-with the exception of a golf cart 1 day (time to kill waiting on a plane). I highly recommend the Surfin' Cowboy. :) The only downside is in regard to property management- there was the least amount I've ever seen provided for basic things such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. And it's hard to go out and buy extra of these things without having way too much.

Spring Break stay

We enjoyed our stay for Spring Break 2023. Great location, property was super clean. A little smaller than we envisioned but well equipped, well maintained house with nice amenities and super close to beach and main road. Great neighborhood. Nice extras like beach chairs and bikes. Great stay!

The Perfect Place for Us

We greatly enjoyed our week at Surfing Cowboy. The home is gorgeous and the location couldn’t be better. The nature trail was a BIG surprise! The home is equipped with EVERYTHING to make your vacation complete.

Fabulous!

Our small family stayed at the Surfin' Cowboy for a week of rest and relaxation. When I booked the property we were looking for a place that was quiet and very low key. The little village were this beautiful home is located could not have been more perfect. The house itself is amazing and has everything you need to enjoy your time "at home" or conveniently close to so many fun places. With the beach literally 2 blocks away and the pool a very short walk, you can reach all water activities within a short distance. The property has fun extra amenities to take to the beach and pool. The sleeping arrangements are super, comfy beds and having three separate bathrooms is ideal. The kitchen has everything you need to have meals in whether you are baking or grilling. We particularly enjoyed the walking trails through the whole area and our grandson loved feeding the turtles and fish in the pond in the little village. We had text communication with the property manager and owner so in the event we had any questions or concerns you knew they were a text away. In short, we will be returning yearly to this home without hesitation. We have already started planning our next trip! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Yearly "Framily" Vacation

Driving up to the house was so exciting. The house did not disappoint. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside. The spacious screened in porch was perfect for unwinding after traveling all day. The layout was ideal for our group that consisted of 2 couples and 3 young adults. We enjoyed the bikes. Used them a few times to get to the beach and neighborhood pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we took advantage of the opportunity to extend our time there. Can't wait to go back to 30A and when we do we will hope to stay with the Surfing Cowboy again.

Nice and quiet, beautiful house!

This house was the perfect size for our family of 5, plus grandparents! They were still able to make the walk to the beach! Brought a wagon with us and that made life much easier going back and forth! The fully stocked kitchen made dinner in the house super convenient and easy!

Relaxing Week at Surfin' Cowboy

Beautifully furnished, perfect layout for multi-families. Felt like your home away from home. We had some AC issues, but they were quick to respond, very impressed. Loved the screened in porch with the ping pong table, the bikes were such a bonus. Only thing would be we wished there was a direct route through the neighborhood to get to the beach instead of winding around. But, it was truly lovely and well stocked with everything you would need and then some!
