Lovely cottage by the beach

Very cozy quarters for a couple of friends to visit 30A in the winter. The house was perfect- comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, 3 bicycles that came with the house for getting around the neighborhood.

The unit is awsome. Location couldn’tt be more convenient. As recommended improvements go, we suggest increased ground level lighting, replace t if the toilet unit (the valve chain kept slipping, and a silent icemaker would be great! These comments in no way would prevent us from booking the same unit again!

Great spot for a casual getaway

The cottage was clean and cozy, private driveway and short walk to the beach. The town is adorable, and property management was helpful and responsive. Even left us a sweet gift/beach bag! Will definitely book with them again.

We had a great stay. The only issue we had was the wifi was not working a few times. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing. The customer service was excellent. I stayed with my 8 year old daughter and it was the perfect size for us.

September Get Away

We enjoyed our stay and the location of the carriage house was just right. The accommodations and amenities provided were great. My only recommendation would be to improve the bed situation. I understand it's a small space but I'd encourage the Owner or Manager to replace the bed with something where your feet don't hang off the end. We turned 90 degrees to sleep but it was still odd.

Short getaway

Short trip to the beach solo. This place was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Had to find parking on the street instead of at the property which was not as convenient as I would have liked but all in all it worked out fine. Would stay there again. Very nice place.

This was our first visit to Seaside - the carriage house was just as pictured and described. We were could easily walk to everything. The beach was absolutely beautiful.

Cozy Great Location

Loved our stay here! It was just two of us, so the space was perfect. The property management company let us check in early bc the room was ready. We were just steps away from a private beach entrance(codes to private bathroom on the beach too!). We felt like VIPs the whole time. We really enjoyed the included bikes and welcome kit. My only complaint is the hard bed:/ Not a big deal though!

Couldn’t have had a better experience! The property was spotless and had everything we needed! The location was literally a 2 minute walk and 1 minute ride with a complementary bike rentals. We were so sad to leave and will be coming back!

Weekend getaway

This cottage was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I! The location was perfect for walking around town and to the beach! The complimentary bike rental added in some extra fun :) We can't wait to come back!

We had such a great time and really enjoyed this little gem. Location was close to everything but also peaceful and relaxing. I could see fireworks from my window which was a nice surprise. Welcome gift was perfect. Looking forward to booking again.

Cute space

The space was very cute and as advertised and pictured in photos. Our only complaint was that the actual title/heading of the listing said “pet friendly” so that was why we booked this property for three weeks. Upon arrival our keypad code did not work and it failed a couple of times after. At one point we were stuck outside in the rain with two small dogs. We mentioned this in our voicemail requesting a call back and a working code. The call back came from Amanda at “The Homeowners Collective” management team. Apparently the listing was NOT pet friendly even though that was in the title on VRBO. Not our fault but Amanda was not very friendly about it at all and then demanded an additional 275 bucks pet cleaning fee on top of the thousands we had already paid. Clearly we would not have booked a non friendly space for three weeks with two tiny dogs. Amanda was kinda rude and unpleasant to deal with and made us feel like she was doing us some sort of favor by stating that because the listing said “pet friendly” they would honor our reservation but it was (a according to Amanda) NOT a pet frorbdit rental. Other than that unpleasant encounter and keypad code issues, we were very happy with the unit itself and left it clean and tidy and did the laundry, including washing the futon slipcover for fear of any additional charges. Highly recommend if you don’t have pets and you don’t have to deal with Amanda.
