The house and location was great. What really gets me is you spend several thousand dollars here and they give you no backup on TP , roll towels and garbage bags. NO backup. There were 3 couples and everything was gone in a day. I called and to their credit they brought some backup but a house of this caliber i shouldn't have to call. Also no beach/pool towels. Invest 50 bucks and get some.

We had a wonderful time staying in Seagrove! The house was perfect location- short walk to beach and Seaside. The home was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-stocked, and felt like a true beach getaway. Would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful House - Great Location - Lacked some Basics

House was incredible. Great location. Loved the pool and the screened porch.Code was not sent for check in so we had to track down a customer service representative. There was limited toilet paper, no hand soap in most of the bathrooms, no beach towels, no shampoo or conditioner. Based on the listing, we expected some of those basics.

Nice spot on 30a

The house is nice and in a great location. We found ourselves disappointed that they don't provide more essentials - we got 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, there aren't any beach towels, and zero baby/toddler equipment. All of the other homes we've rented on 30A have offered either pack and plays, high chairs, coolers, beach toys & chairs, etc.

Perfect for our family of 9 (one infant)

This house could not be more perfect for our family! In addition to ourselves (parents/grandparents), we had our daughters and their husbands, our son, his wife and their 4 month old. The area upstairs was perfect for our grandson’s crib. The beds were comfortable (at my age, I rate that next to cleanliness). We loved the close proximity to the beach (Thyme area was our favorite entry), Seaside shops and activities and that amazing trail that runs the length of the 30A. We got up very early and rode our road bikes on 30A before car traffic started, ran the trails and thru Watercolor, swam in the ocean, the pool (also brought games to play in the pool). I would give five stars for cleanliness but the cleaning crew was obviously rushed and still there when we arrived at check in time. But the only thing left for them to do was wipe fingerprints off the back windows and clean up the pool deck and grill (be sure to check that before you cook on it). Otherwise, the house was spotless. Our family typically sleeps with heavier comforters so we were wishing there were extra blankets so if you like a heavy one, bring your own. We rented the golf cart with the house and we were very glad we did. We would tote all of our stuff up to the end of Dogwood and walk it across the street and down to the beach and then take it back to the house (easy walking distance just harder with an infant). We ABSOLUTELY would rent this exact same house again.

Lovely in every way!

4 couples were thrilled with this property. Design was wonderful. Clean, pretty! Lay out is perfect for hanging out inside as well as porch and pool. Each bedroom is spacious with great baths. We loved the large kitchen. Able to walk or ride bikes to so much. We would definitely rent again

Perfect Getaway

The house is great! So comfortable and with a second living room for upstairs guests. The kids loved the pool and it is very close to the beach. The management was very easy to communicate with and quick to act on things like golf cart rental or pool warming. Would definitely stay again! About an 8 minute walk to the beach.

Family Getaway

We met up with out-of-town family here and it was the perfect spot! Everyone loved it! We could easily walk into Seaside for coffee, lunch, dinner, shopping, etc. We hardly moved our cars the entire trip. The house was gorgeous and spotless, the nicest rental house we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed at a lot)! The private pool was one of the best parts, and having a heated pool in October was awesome. We are hoping to stay here this time again next year!

Just perfect!

Gorgeous and super spacious home nestled in Seagrove a couple of blocks from Seaside Proper. This home had everything we needed. The screened in porch and pool were an added bonus! The kids loved riding the bikes to Seaside each day. Cannot say enough about how beautifully decorated and clean this rental is. The upstairs “den” is very nice for the kids or just some down time after a long day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

What a great spot!

Could not have been better. The property is even nicer than it shows on VRBO, and it’s a short walk or bike ride to seaside and to the beach. The pool is fantastic. The amenities are fantastic. Just a great place and we will definitely rent here again!
