Condo was great, even though it did not have a Gulf view. getting into the condo with the 8 digit code we a bite of a pain. I would suggest a simple 4 digit code or fob for access. the parking garage round about was tight for a large vehicle, but we managed it. All in all we had a great time and will come back.

The Host Valerie was very responsive and helpful! The condo 224 was well stocked with games and amenities such as great cookware, coffee, bathroom supplies, etc. The overall property was very clean and beautiful! We had a wonderful time and great experience there.

Perfect family retreat

This place exceeded our expectations. We didn't know it was possible to find a quiet place on the beach during spring break. My husband and I traveled with my mother-in-law, two adult children, daughter-in-law and grandbaby. The layout was perfect for our crew. The place is private yet in the heart of 30A. We felt safe and secure with the required access codes. We loved everything about the facility and amenities.Our hostess was very accommodating and responsive. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay here and experience this area. We would definitely stay here again.Thanks so much!

This condo was absolutely amazing! Great location beautiful interior and very spacious! It has all the amenities plus beach front! Amazing views and quiet setting! Look no further!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and I have to say this is one of the nicest. It is immaculate and a lot of thoughtful attention has gone into stocking this unit. Anything you might think you could use staying in your home away from home, it is available. We felt very safe and the beach is just a short walk away. This was our first time staying in this unit, but we will return. The beds are very comfortable, also.

Fall Break Fun!

This condo was perfect for our week at Blue Mountain. 30A is our little slice of heaven and this did not disappoint. The condo was spacious for two families, it was clean, well stocked and comfortable for all. The pool and beach access could not have been better! Sunsets, sunrises and everything in between made for a perfect getaway. The condo was very close to restaurants, shopping and of course Blue Mountain Creamery. We will definitely return!

Beautiful conveniently located condo with good parking. The condo was beautiful, roomy and well stocked and they left snacks for my family and that was extremely helpful when you are checking in with small children that have to wait hours for groceries to arrive. We will stay at this property again

Blue Mountain Beach

The property was beautiful, not crowded, quiet, and comfortable. The condo was also beautiful and comfortable. The pool was warm, very nice. We were given the wrong codes for the front gate, building entrance, pool gate, and beach gate. Thankfully, other guests helped us get in and around the property, because they initially had the same problem. (LOTS OF GATES and DOORS with codes. Even the outdoor bathroom!) I will come back. The condo and beach were a 10!

First time to the 30a area. This property was perfect for a relaxing week long stay. The unit had everything we were looking for and more. Very clean and spacious. Great location, right on the beach. We usually stay in PCB, however we wanted to try a new location! Let me tell you this was a great condo to experience a new location! Condo was clean and beautiful. Owner of the condo was super nice and communicative with us. Very happy with our stay!
