I am standing at the counter for check in at 10:45pm, and no one there. 11:05, a lady comes in and I tell her I need to be quick because I leave at 5am next morning. Instead of saying sorry to have me wait, she asks me: do you want I check you in? You should say apologize to me. OMG. For a faster process for myself, I swallow down my anger and say I apologize. She asks me: apologize for what? Ah ha, one more time, she makes me confirm her reaction to me is right and my attitude (after waiting from 10:45-11:05pm) is absolutely wrong. Business owner, you should watch out your business and your employees. I am an business owner as well, and I absolutely don't accept yhis type of person, cant call her as an employee.

The room is clean and quiet so far, but the pillow is too flat, making it a little uncomfortable. Additionally, the table and chairs are insufficient for 4 people in a dorm, so I have no place to put my personal items except on the ground, as they are already occupied by previous residents. However, overall, it's a good experience that exceeds expectations, especially with breakfast included.

Friendly staff. Tiny lobby, but large patio. Good private room with balcony. Unfortunately parking garage was full and we secured a spot on the street. But car was broken into via smashed window, ransacked, jackets and other items stolen. We asked for extended checkout to take care of things and police report etc and they offered extra 15 minutes. Disappointing.

Everything was clean, the staff is helpful and the people I met in the common area's are very open and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here, close to the waterfront and close to the city center. I felt safe going to the store (safeway) after dark from the hostel. Also the view from the balcony with the bridge is a nice plus!
