Front desk staff were friendly, but I did have to wait all day for a toilet plunger (luckily I was out at a meeting). TV remote was sticky and clearly not properly cleaned. I took it to one of the cleaners who was in the hall and I asked if she could clean it. She wiped it with a dry towel. I was hoping for some cleaning products to be used on it. :( Room size was great. Not a fan of a shower in a claw tub with plastic curtains around me. Not that I ever felt like I was in danger, but it was disturbing to see so many homeless people clearly in an altered state.

This Area is NOT safe at all, we presence a Shotgun Situation in the middle of the Night, many homeless and drugs sales...was terrorific
No Odor extractions so you need to open a windows to connect with internal pipes, full of mold and dust, you can hear all from next room....

This is a beautiful hotel in a central location. We loved the decor and furniture pieces in our room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The adjoining restaurant is unique and a must-try while visiting.
