Old classic style. Elevators built 1913. Super cool vibe. Great bar attached. Parking hard to find but valet parking available for $65 (UGG). But enjoyed our stay.

Palihotel was very disappointing! Hotel has the original elevator system which is very difficult to manage. Rooms were dirty, stained carpet and bathroom tub. Towels were not fresh. AC did not work, instead of having guest service address it, I was told by the front desk to unplug the AC unit and replug it. I strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you like stepping back in time with no amenities.

I was charged an extra fee that I don’t have any clue what it is on top of the hotel stay and paid parking for 3 nights. I have no idea what this charges are for and i have paid every time i dine in at the hotel, i never touched water or snacks in room. When i called to ask, the customer rep did not explain to me and i asked to speak with the manager and i was still asking question and they hanged up on me. I did not like the customer service and were not polite enough to answer questions. The above charges were not disclosed and when i read on the Expedia, it stated its all included.

Great place. Clean and simple. Staff really friendly. Only down side was the elevator situation. 2 old elevators really small. We had a baby with a stroller was very difficult going up and down.

Superb decor. Small room but the whole experience of the hotel’s interior design is like stepping in a time capsule. Lots of food options in the hotel and around the area. Staff was helpful. Would stay here again!

This hotel is old and everything is small. Meaning in the room, there’s barely enough room for one person there’s a sink, but not a lot of counter space to put your things. They provided a tiny little end table which barely was enough room to put a book on it no closet just some hangers hanging open Bar area. The shower is extremely small, but the shower did work well bathroom small bed was just fair not great. I would not stay here again. The services were limited. They didn’t come up to clean the room when I asked them to. They barely brought up what I asked, so Service not great.

This property is an older hotel building and has been redone in a super cute and quaint. But unfortunately, since it is in the downtown of the gaslight district, you will be hearing club music until about 4 AM. The walls are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything. 10/10 do not recommend if you are wanting to sleep at all.

I would never stay here again. This is listed as a VIP access hotel and I’ve received way better treatment at lower rated motels. There was no perk, the room was very small and the sheets were dirty, parking is terrible, even if you get the valet your car is still on the street. The elevators take a very long time to arrive. And the restaurant staff is rude.

Pali hotel is a little gem. Historic hotel yet tastefully decorated. Our room, although small, was immaculate. Love the tile in the bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. The best part were the people.. so nice and accommodating . Was a little loud at night, but we understand we are in the city. Location was very walkable.
