I am a retired buyer and a sales person. I have stayed in many hotels before not only in the domestic and foreign. Even the best western has served me in different places. But this was my most unpleasant experience. The first room assigned to me was next to the electrical room , swimming pool and right next to the road , When I checked in on 2/20 around 8:40pm. I politely requested to change rooms without opening my first assigned room but the lady at the front desk was very rude and unhappy to say " I should tell you this was the only room we had." On 2/21 , I moved to Comfort inn next to this "worst western ".

My stay here so far has been wonderful- clean, comfortable rooms. Attentive staff. The person who first checked me in was friendly and super helpful (his name might be DK?) and the manager who helped me with extending my stay is super kind & awesome too. The breakfast here offers a lot-hot items with protein and just a nice variety. Would definitely stay here again. To me, the main things that make a stay great are: staff, cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed is and this hotel is definitely excelling at all of those!
