All emenities were lovely. Plenty of kitchen supplies, dishes, pans, cups, glasses, etc. We request additional bath towels - atleastb two per person.

Very clean, well stocked and excellent beds!

We loved this place....short distance to shops and beach, very clean and well stocked with available spices and cooking utensils plus a nice stovetop for cooking breakfasts before our daily ventures. Beds and pillows were amazing!!! Nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards we coukd use as well as beach towels....highly recommend!

Mother daughter trip

The location can’t be beat - steps from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very nice. I would stay here again.

The location is great. The property is nice.. There are some ants but that's to be expected. The reason for the one star was we were charged 32 for movies that we didn't rent without being asked ahead of time. I will up date review if they choose to reverse the faulty charges.

SUMMER 2024 FAMILY VACATION

Our family vacation was great! The home was in a great location and super clean. We were able to walk to the beach or bay within minutes. Each room had its own bathroom which everyone had their own private area. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location on Mission Beach!

The location of this house cannot be beat! It is far enough away from the busy Belmont park to be quiet at night but close to great coffee and restaurants. The beach is steps away. We will stay again!

Everything you could ever ask for in a beach stay. House was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool even without A/C. Close to everything. We had a wonderful time.

For a wedding in La Jolla…

Great location. Short drive to La Jolla. Steps to the beach, walk to Buzz coffee, Olive for lunch and Miss B’S for supper. A tiny bit noisy from restaurant nearby but quiet by bedtime.

Family Fun!

This is a beautiful, fun 3 story house just steps to the beach. We loved the location. Easy and free parking at the bay since we had a big truck that couldn't fit in the garage. Boogie boards, chairs and sand castle toys are provided for the kiddos. Great vacation. We will be back

High end Home

Everything very good quality in this house. Super comfortable beds. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Was able to fit my F150 in the garage sideways. Still had room for our bikes. Close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Nicest place we have stayed at.

The moment we walked in we could tell the place had been thoroughly cleaned. The smell of having been cleaned was a pleasant surprise. The house was in immaculate condition and not a thing was out of place. We were never in want if anything. They had every piece of kitchen accessory we would need. The home was very easy to access from the garage (2 whole car gan in mission beach is a unicorn). The beds were very comfortable and the access to the beach was superb. The third floor deck was a peak family gathering spot. We absolutely love this house and would love to stay here many more times.

This is a fabulous place to stay and would highly recommend it.The following are NOT complaints, merely observations that others may find helpful when booking:- The beds are very comfortable!- The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and differs from what is pictured. The wicker chairs are painful to sit in and we all had a good laugh at how terrible the couch is. We didn't spend much time sitting around so it wasn't a big deal for us.- The upper deck furniture also differs from what is pictured; it was a high table and a wicker couch.- There are LOTS of things available in the kitchen: pans, sharp knives, bakeware, coffee grinder, 2 coffee makers, toaster.- We had 0 ants and kept all food in the pantry as instructed.- Yes, it does get hot upstairs (even in February) but the fans really do help and it cools down significantly after dark.- Earplugs are handy as the weekend crowd at the nearby bars can be a bit noisy.- Several restaurants are just steps away - try the cinnamon roll at the Olive Baking company!- The garage is huge and could fit 2 cars. The alleyway is not wide, however, so a long car could be tricky to get inside.- There are a lot of stairs; you'll get a good workout.- Yes, there's a burned down house across the alleyway, but we found it fascinating.

No air conditioning, ants, burnt down house next door

House is very uncomfortable when it’s hot outside due to the lack of air conditioning. Fans help but don’t cool the house enough when temperatures exceed 80 degrees. Ants on the counter and a view of burnt house next door outside the kitchen window. The furnishings were nice, but I would not stay here again.

Birthday Weekend Ladies Trip

Really cute property. Perfect for three friends; we each had our kids own comfortable bed and bath. Beds were comfortable, kitchen easy to navigate, living area comfortable for conversation. Roof deck was a favorite for us. Would definitely stay again.

Cute decor, super clean house, very comfortable with lots of seating areas, and cozy fireplace. PLUS single family house with attached garage and a rooftop deck with amazing views (both reasons why we booked this rental), we rate it 5 STARS :)

Great House

This house was great, well earned 5 stars. It was nicely furnished and decorated, parking was easy, had several outdoor spaces, fit all 6 of us with room to spare, loved that there were no shared walls, and was easy to get our family to and from the beach. Surf Style Vacation Homes was helpful and responsive. We feel comfortable staying in any of their homes.
