Great House

Great house - mostly new feel and the beach location was very good. Had beach towels and chairs for use which was perfect. Was well stocked with basic amenities which was an added bonus. The one small problem (smoke alarm batteries) was quickly addressed by the property manager via text/phone and was resolved.

Excellent place, Great Location!

Great place to stay, walking distance to the beach. Nice town to take a drive to, close to other nice towns, restaurants, and shops. Very clean. Provided Beach chairs, good parking and nice garage space. Could use a few amenities like blankets for the couch, a few more drapery panels for the living room in case you want to close them, spices in the cabinet and a few other small things but overall great place. Would definitely stay again!!

Great condo and location

Very clean, kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. I had two older teenagers and they had a blast. I would recommend this location and definitely stay again.

Brothers & sisters reunion

We loved staying here. The master bedroom was wonderful listening to the ocean waves. The downstairs open area is so nice for get togethers.

Lovely condo, short walk to the beach

We loved the ocean view and the sound of the waves from the primary bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals in. Beds were all comfortable and it was very clean.

Great Get Away HOME!

What an amazing house! We really enjoyed our stay in San Clemente because this was such a great house to call our temporary home base. Very clean! Kitchen was updated and had all equipment needed to make a meal. It was only 9 miles from Camp Pendleton entrance and allowed us quick travel to see our son who is in Marine training. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful home!

Wedding in San Clemente

Very clean and comfortable. Close to wedding venue. Beautiful sunset views from the master bedroom. Included all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay. Garage and parking space is a plus. Walking distance to the beach. Would stay again!!

Nice place. Great location

Nice place. Clean, comfortable, and nice location. Nice unit with a spacious, open floor plan on the first floor. Ceiling fans and comfortable beds in each bedroom made sleeping easy. The street is pretty private and quiet, and it’s a short walk to a great beach. We would definitely rent here again and will recommend to friends.

Renter Beware

I wish I could rate this better as the place is very nice and in a great location. The reason for the poor rating is that we never felt comfortable here. The moment you walk into the townhouse, there is a bright red sign that says "We don't want to evict you but we will", I mean what a way to start a vacation right! Then, the day after we check in, I receive a rather nasty email again stating we don't want to evict you but we will along with multiple items from the rental agreement listed out, i.e. noise policy, number of guest policy, etc. So apparently they received a complaint about us the night before, which I had to laugh since there were only 3 of us there the first night and 2 stayed inside to watch a movie and I sat outside for a while enjoying a drink. There was no noise from our unit. There was however a wedding party right next door to our unit and while they were having a good time and making some noise, it was not a bother to us. So instead of reaching out to me to say there was a complaint and i could explain my story, they just blast off a very inappropriate email to again make you get that really cozy feeling from the management company. Basically ruined the reminder of our stay while we were in the house because the group was worried we would be kicked out. If you breath, you may want to rethink staying here because they don't want to evict you but they will.

San Clemente paradise

What a great stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The master even has an ocean view to watch the sunset. Calafia beach was an easy five-minute walk away. The space was full of light. We ate in three nights and even the knives were sharp! Parking was a little tricky but I really couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Wonderful spot!

Five day family vacation near the beach. Loved it - was not long enough! We could have stayed for weeks. The place was clean and beautiful and we want to go back soon!

Lovely spot, a few minor issues for improvement

The space was beautiful, clean, and walking distance to beautiful beach overlook with stairs to beach and trail. A few issues the property managers could improve: 1) Need to add a wifi splitter. The wifi was very weak in upper bedrooms, and because several of us were remote working, this was a problem. When one person needed to have confidential meetings, the rest of us had to leave the condo. 2) Need to get fitted sheets that are the proper size for the beds. The unfitted bottom sheets were too small and would pull loose every night. When lots of people have slept in a bed, you don’t want to wake up with your face on the mattress cover. 3) The property management company didn’t respond to messages through VRBO app or return a voicemail I’d left a few days before when I hadn’t received check in instructions. 4) Need to be more clear with tenants about parking spaces. A couple times we weren’t able to park in our designated spot in driveway because other renters had parked there. The property management co was not helpful with this. 5) It would help to have a few kitchen essentials like olive oil, sugar, condiments. There was literally nothing but a salt and pepper shaker.

Location and amenities are superb!

VRBO rentals never disappoint. The condo is very comfortable with the living space on the 1st floor and bedrooms up. The kitchen has everything you need. It is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pathway to the pier.

Honestly...one of the cleanest places my family and I have stayed at. Everything was perfect...only thing missing was additional bedding or blanket. We will definitely stay here again!
