We live locally and needed a space to host our daughter's Sweet 16 brunch celebration close to home. We came upon this listing which allowed easy booking and permission to host events. This home was perfect for our event and the pictures don't do the home complete justice! Our hosts were very responsive and communicated regularly leading up to and during our stay. While we weren't able to use the backyard due to the high winds, it was absolutely beautiful with a nice covered dining area with a table and chairs, an outdoor sectional with a tabletop gas fire pit, and a grill that were available for our use. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious and the open floor plan made it ideal for hosting. We look forward to renting this home again for our next gathering soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fun, clean and comfortable home. Cassaundra & Charleen were incredible hosts that responded with lightning fast speed! We appreciated the small, thoughtful amenities like water bottles, Kcups, snacks, laundry/ironing needs and toiletries. The background was a fabulous space to lounge and relax. The house was been thoughtfully updated, including a smart thermostat that works perfectly! We loved the PacMan arcade and board games. Truly an outstanding property and made our visit to CA much more pleasurable than any hotel!

Great house in a beautiful location!I had family that recently moved to Redlands and we stayed at this lovely house while visiting. The music theme was very fun and we played the retro wall-mounted PacMan game!This location could not be better. It was one block from the university which I walked through every day. It is a really beautiful area. I had forgotten after booking that this house had a private backyard. We had coffee every morning and enjoyed the peaceful set-up. The owners were helpful and the communication was timed-well. I will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our family. Thank you!!

Great stay

We had a really good stay. There were 6 in our party and we all liked our beds. We all wished that there were bedside lamps available. We loved the patio out back. We appreciated the layout of the kitchen and how well stocked it was. The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze. We wished the big blind in the bay window opened. The neighborhood was good and safe. We walked over to the Redlands market and were very impressed! I enjoyed playing PAC Man! Thanks for the great stay, Cassaundra and Charleen!

Fantastic location!!!!!!

Such a great home very close to University of Redlands with easy access to all freeways!!!!!! House was very clean and comfortable! Morning coffee on the back patio was fantastic!!!!!! Fam if five stayed there and there was plenty space, beds, amnesties and a great vibe!!!!!!
