"Great pool and comfortable rooms. This was five star hotel maybe in the early 1900s. Architecturally unique. Art deco trim. Decent restaurant and outstanding staff. Great location one block from street promenade. Walk to museums and galleries. Metro nearby. It is a solid three star."
