Family gathering to celebrate graduation

Beautiful property with ample space to spread out, enjoy the nature, and gather over food. The trails provided amazing walks and the bird song was delightful. Host was super responsive. Fantastic stay.

Family weekend

My immediate family and I stayed here for the weekend. There was plenty of space fur six adults and two kids under two years old. The house is easy to get to and there’s mess no shortage of wildlife to see. The house was phenomenal and communication with the host was extremely easy and responsive. Coukd have asked for better.

Beautiful Home and Location!

We cannot say enough about what a wonderful place this is. Everything you could ever need or want is here. We stayed here as part of a wedding weekend and the location was ideal. Baby was able to get to bed while the rest of us played games, watched a basketball game, enjoyed drinks and relaxed in the lower level.

Above and beyond in every way!

The host and property receive the highest rating we can give. We have stayed in dozens of properties across the country and this is by far one of the best experiences we have had. Beautiful property and incredibly generous hospitality to be had here! The host went above and beyond to be accommodating to us and even made my birthday even more special with a gift basket! This property is very special, and we hope to return one day!

Wonderful home!!

We came for our family Christmas! We all had a wonderful time! I was very pleased that the Christmas decorations were still up! Great walking trails and very peaceful watching the light snow from the hot tub. Plenty of room for us all. Very well stocked and plenty of games. The beds were extra cozy with very soft bedding. Definitely would stay again! Thank you. Plenty of fun for every age!

40th birthday bash/girls weekend

This was our dream home away from home. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games. It was a rainy weekend so we spent time indoors singing karaoke and gaming. Will definitely come here again. Thanks Brandon and Laci for answering our questions and giving us ideas on things to do around the area.

Perfect for a group

Perfect for a large group. Private, a lot of room, clean. Lists pet friendly, not unless you are willing to leave your dog in kennels in garage or outside. Our dogs are house dogs.

Escape to the woods!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! It’s nestled in a beautiful, private, wooded area, providing the perfect escape from everyday life while still being close enough to local activities for an easy drive. The peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway, yet we were only a short trip from all of the great experiences of Duluth. One of the highlights of our trip was fly fishing in the river just down the road – such a serene and enjoyable experience. And to top it all off, we even caught a glimpse of the Northern Lights, which was absolutely magical! The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel welcomed and have everything they need for a wonderful stay. From the cozy accommodations, comfortable beds, to the thoughtful touches throughout the property, it was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Quiet retreat

There are plenty of trails to explore. The little creek is very relaxing to listen to and watch the fish. Off the beaten trail a bit so you have quiet and solitud.

Weekend Getaway

Our family attended a wedding in the area and chose this property based on the description. The property was exactly as described and more beautiful than the photos indicated. When we arrived there were two deer standing in the lawn and we watched a variety of wife life from the beautiful decks. This is a lovely, serene property with tons of amenities. We loved this home and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

This property was PERFECT for me, my husband, our three kids, and my parents. We all had space for ourselves and places to be together. The air hockey table was the biggest hit, and we enjoyed the board games and hot tub. The entire property was gorgeous. Would absolutely stay again!

Anniversary with Family

We had a great time with our children’s families. We explored Duluth one day, however, our best time was had staying on the property spending time together from fishing at the nearby river, looking for agates on walks, to playing games.

Family Motorcycle trip

The property was absolutely beautiful, the location was so peaceful we came in on motorcycles and had absolutely no issues.. The house has literally everything you needed beautiful furnishings, very comfortable beds, we all loved the rustic feel, wildlife, the creek in the backyard and hiking paths, and the hot tub was amazing after riding motorcycles all day..we all highly recommend this stay, owners were very attentive and they even had a gift basket of goodies waiting for us when we got there..if we come back to the area we will definitely re book here!! It was a wonderful stay!!

Gorgeous, peaceful retreat

This house was a perfect location for our group of friends traveling to the area to attend a wedding at the Ivy Black venue. The home and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The house is incredibly spacious with multiple gathering areas inside and out. The host hit all the details that make for a great stay - clear instructions, well-stocked necessities, and even a sweet treat basket. Highly recommend!
