Perfect for concerts at Cocoa park

In town for a concert at the park. Place is a short walk to the park/cocoa village. House is a cozy historic Florida home that reminds me of my historic Florida home. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Quiet street and neighbors. Host was kind and very responsive to messaging. Will book again.

Very pleasing property! We liked being a short walk away from Cocoa Village. It allows us to leave our car charging overnight in town and get in the morning. Terrific coffee!

Perfect Place

Felt like staying at a friends house

The property updates were really nice. The little touches like nice towels, great soaps and shampoos, and throw blankets in the living room made us feel like it was the home of a friend who wanted us to visit rather than a property rented out just for profit.

Boho bungalow 👍👍

After having an issue with our first booking due to Plumbing at that home we were very happy to be able to be accommodated by the host. The bungalow is excellent. Very clean and in an amazing neighborhood just a block and a half from the water. Communication with the host was very easy and thorough. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. I wish the app had more stars to give!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderfully appointed and decorated bungalow.

The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. The linen and towels were high quality. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was well organized

Great Location

We enjoyed staying here, the house had everything. Short walk along water to center of Cocoa Village. Lots of variety with restaurants and we enjoy the theater's productions. Good service for us non drivers with Lyft and good bus service to Cocoa Beach and places along US1. Hope to be back again.

Perfect for Us

Came to Florida to watch the Artemis rocket launch (unfortunately scrubbed). The bungalow was perfect for our needs; clean, cozy, and in a quiet location that was convenient to Kennedy Space Center and the beaches. Our hosts, Jennifer and Michael, were easy to work with and they made sure we had everything that we needed.
