Newly renovated and spacious lower level flat with off-steet parking pad, brick fireplace, and wood plank floors. Large living room opens to kitchen and dining area and has a huge sectional couch with great views through large windows. Kitchen has granite breakfast bar, new stainless steel appliances and tiled splash. Nice corner office space and desk with built-in shelves. Fios internet, 55" TV. Master suite with new queen bed and new hybrid mattress, and 2 closets. Tiled bath with tub shower. Full size washer & dryer in the apartment. Garage parking available for one car. Beautiful garden views. access to patio and grill. Lovely neighborhood for hiking , biking and canoeing / kayaking around the James. Houguenot Flat Water landing is 1.5 miles from house.
