Only complaint is the shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor and water gets out onto the floor and the shower head has no adjustment to lessen the flow rate which is way to high and feels like pins and needles and actually hurts.

The comfort of the bed was a5 star, which is unusual! However… the stains on the sheets were a bit alarming and unexpected. They did fix it but it shouldn’t have even been an issue.. The noise was obnoxious with kids running up and down the hall, and walls are thin! It would’ve been nice if the free breakfast started at 8 and went till 10 or even 11. That being said, I would stay again! Front desk folks were very courteous

The woman at the front desk appeared to be in a bad mood during check-in. She was very unfriendly. She gave us a room on the ground floor across from the hotel's laundry room and near the elevators. At 7am, 2 of the hotel's staff were having a loud conversation over the noise of the laundry machines with the door open. I had to ask them to close the door because my wife was trying to sleep. We have stayed their 3 times before but had room further away from the lobby. Next time I will make sure that we are further away.
