2/10 Terrible

I had an issue on Friday night 1/10 with other guests being extremely loud in the room next door from 10 pm to 3am! Called the front desk 4 times to make them stop but nothing was done until I demanded the night receptionist come up to the third floor and knock on their door. I waited in the hallway 20 minutes for him to show and knock on their door and tell them to stop making noise, this was at 2am! They did not stop until 3am! The next morning I complained to the morning receptionist and she said she would talk to the manager and see if I could get a refund for that night and would have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager. I forgot to write down her name and the manager’s name so later that day around 6pm I tried to ask a new receptionist for the women’s name I spoke with earlier and the manager’s name so I could follow up with my credit on Monday. Another employee heard our conversation and decided to jump in. His name was Jason an he was extremely rude, disrespectful and confrontational with me and said that he would not give out the names of other employees or the manager because it was against company policy. I told him that was completely stupid and that I was only asking for their first names so I could follow up on my credit for one night. I never raised my voice with Jason or became irate or abusive as he claimed but he called the police and had me physically removed from the hotel Saturday night 1/10 which was humiliating and completely wrong and unnecess
