What an exceptional experience. Hard day traveling, flight cancelled- this stay was an absolute respite. Heated tile floor in the bathroom was dreamy! Espresso machine with milk in the fridge was above and beyond. Somebody thought of everything. Layover felt more like a spa day than an inconvenience. Lovely atmosphere and staff. 11 out of 10!

Remarkable Quest

Stayed 2 x nights, as this property is in the Remarkable Park area, just out of Queenstown. Excellent room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Very comfortable and clean. Bus stop is almost outside the hotel to get into Queenstown or Arrowtown.

Got upgraded to a 1 bedroom studio was spacious with couch & dining table, fridge & cooking facilities Bed was super comfy only complaints (small one) were the tiny bathroom hardly room to move & difficulty finding the hotel as not signposted from the road. Would stay again.

Won’t be going back.

This hotel is convenient to Queenstown airport, but the positives stop there. If you arrive after 5:00pm there are no front desk staff so you have to call a call center to give you access. For us this involved multiple calls, a hard to hear person, no privacy as there were multiple people waiting in the entrance to do the same thing, and a lock box that had all the keys for all the rooms for all the guests coming in after hours. So not very secure. Although we did not book it, we were assigned an accessible room. The layout of the room was such that you felt you were sleeping in a kitchen. The view from the bed was a microwave, sink etc. The bathroom had a tiny sink with little room for toiletries and a cheap rolling rack to put things in. This is not an expensive place to stay but that doesn’t excuse poor design and cheap furniture/accessories. Needless to stay we won’t be going back. There are other options in the same convenient location to try next time.

Quiet convenient location - close to the airport, good food, easy to get to the grocery store, staff was great and room was very nice. Laundry was a little complicated but once figured it out it was great to have it in the room. I would recommend and return to this location.
