Nice view of lake, and nice but dated apartment. Not as nice as the pictures. The location is excellent. Management of property tried to put us in dirty and awful smelling property until we threatened to file a complaint.

There were amazing views, close to town and the bed was comfy but that is where it ended. Door had a large gap in it and it was below zero and the heater didn’t work at all. The shower head fell off the wall and the soap dispenser had been thrown off the wall. The tiles at the door were loose. Everything had been fixed in a half hearted manner. The place was very dated and even the appliances and utensils were from the 1990’s. No way this was a 4 star … more like a 2 star

Building condition was poor, the main ranch door windows had 2-3cm gaps around the whole frame. Sliders doors to balcony could not open and it looked like previous renters had used the side window to access the balcony. and the window hinges were also broken. This resulting window not able to open that well. The appartment is very tired and in need of a refit. would not stay there in the future.

This property was very dirty we had to ask for another clean, also in the booking telephone number mention doesn't exist. Also took awhile to find reception as its next door, which should be mention in bold

The location and the view were wonderful. The bathroom was great. Kitchen needs a bit of tlc. Our dishwasher didn’t work and the supplies of crockery and cultery were pretty minimal. Fresh towels were delivered daily which seemed a little excessive, especially given the cleaning left a bit to be desired.

Payed for a premium room but didn’t receive this as apparently they were sold out. I booked 7 weeks prior and there was a room available when I booked. Didn’t get offered any compensation for this. Instead got a ground floor room. Bedroom window wouldn’t shut so my children were cold all night. Wifi terribly slow. Bathroom towel handle fell off in my hand. Was not even attached. Wooden stool had tried to be fixed using either a paper towel or toilet paper and hadn’t worked. Place was very clean though. Would never stay here again!

We had a three bedroom apartment due to our family size. Apartment was of a good size and well equipped. Great view overlooking the lake and location was just a short 10 minute walk into the centre of Queenstown.

Misleading pictures

The apartment did not look like what I booked! It smelled like old kitty litter. It was old and dated. The shower curtain was falling off, the hot plate wasn’t working but they did fix it. The master bedroom had no windows and was like a tomb. It was uncomfortable. Hotels.com should know this. It was nasty. It did have a parking spot and you could see the lake sort of. I expected a nice kitchen as well. I would never return

Property in excellent location. I stayed there around 20 years ago also was looking forward to being back. Was disappointed with this visit and would not stay again. Maintenance shocking(broken chairs, toilet not flushing, carpet stretched with waves creating trip hazards just to name a few).

We were very pleased with our accommodations. Right near the water, able to leave the car right in front of our room and walk everywhere. After reading some reviews say it was 80s style interior, I was not sure what to expect but found it very clean and comfortable. Well supplied with towels every day. Wifi was a bit spotty but not like we used it often. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyable stay.
