Excellent place. Clean, has everything you need and in a terrific neighborhood. We had a terrific time. It is super close to Quebec City (old Quebec) and the neighborhood is pack with youth and life. I strongly recommended. We will be back. Ahh, we slept very well. Super quiet!

Lovely stay in QC

We had a lovely stay at the apt- host was very responsive, location couldn’t be better- walkable to a lot of places & a good diverse selection of restaurants, shops etc. enjoyed this better than our posh hotel in old Quebec on a previous stay. The free enclosed parking was definitely a plus.

Quiet and new

We loved this beautiful penthouse on the top (6th) floor of this newer building. The decor is lovely and it is well furnished with everything you need. We really appreciated how clean it was! There is a private terrace with table and chairs just off the living room which is a nice spot to enjoy the sunshine. The soundproofing is excellent and you really don’t hear any noise inside the apartment. The elevator opens right in front of the apartment and it’s an easy access to the garage. There is a bakery and a couple of good restaurants within a five minute walk but otherwise we preferred driving to other parts of town like the arts district or old part of Quebec to do our walking. It was maybe a ten minute drive to the old part of Quebec along a direct and easy route and parking there was no problem.

Great cozy, warm place

Stayed with my wife and 20 month son. We really loved the space and felt at home. We enjoyed some great takeout, sipping wine on the balcony and watching the sunset. Also loved the neighborhood. As New Yorkers, we love to walk everywhere and the neighborhood had a lot to offer. We did find it quite difficult to walk to the tourist area with a stroller though, as this city seems to be rather inaccessible to anything wheeled.

Newer condo complex with amenities!

First the host was fantastic! They worked with us up front to alter our scheduled dates, then was in contact throughout anytime we had a question. The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. It was clean, all the tech worked well, was safe and the underground parking was a bonus for us. The location is 1.5 - 2.5 km from most of the "site seeing", which was not an issue for us as we enjoyed exploring the city. Overall I would highly recommend this location and host!

Je ne peux pas faire assez de compliments à notre hôte, David. Notre séjour a été exceptionnel à tous égards. Les instructions sur le condo, le parking et l'emplacement du bâtiment étaient parfaites. L'appartement lui-même était impeccable et exactement comme le montrent les nombreuses photos fournies. Il a été réactif par SMS et par téléphone et nous a fait sentir les bienvenus. Generalement très bien. Mais améliorations nécessaires pour accéder au bâtiment (porte principale) lors de notre arrivée. Le numéro d’accès était erroné, avec incapacité de communiquer pour obtenir de l’aide. Consignes du stationnement: précisions requises en fonction de la taille du véhicule utilisé, incapacité de quitter mon véhicule à cause du manque d’espace Jean-Pierre
