I would include several feedback here, but the most important point is the lack of service and reliability. My experience has not been good. The main complaint is that booking was made for 6 days with breakfast included. Breakfast was not included on one of the days, and the restaurant assured us that the hotel will issue a refund. I spoke to the person at the front, and she assured me that I would receive a $25 refund for the breakfast for my family that day. So far, no refund has been received. I have contacted the hotel two times, and I have not received an answer from them. Very disappointing. I am trying to find a solution via Expedia, since the booking was made through them, and they are telling me to deal with the hotel directly. Very disappointing from Expedia as well.
