When we bought the property we were looking for a destination that offered everything on-site. Babcock National Golf and Country Club is located within Babcock Ranch and is an ideal getaway for the obvious reasons of being right on the golf course; from the moment you check in, you are a full golf member at the club. Golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, spa, resort pools, restaurants, and more are all at your disposal. It doesn't end there because Babcock Ranch also has many other communities, pools, parks, recreational activities as well as miles of walking and hiking paths throughout the preserve. This is truly a destination for young and old alike. Plenty to do to keep busy or just relax in the spa or by one of the many pools. A variety of restaurants and shopping on the property.
The condo itself is overlooking the tenth green and the largest lake, Lake Babcock, with spectacular sunset views. The home has upgraded finishes and all the modern amenities that you would expect. You are located in the first building on the second floor to take advantage of the views and the building is equipped with an elevator. Keyless entry and Ring doorbell make entry both easy and secure. The entire neighborhood is gated and upon checking in you can obtain ID cards and vehicle transponder from the HOA office. There is a Publix and a variety of restaurants and retail on property for your convenience. You could literally stay here all season and never have to leave Babcock Ranch.
We use the property a few times per year and offer it for rent the remainder of the time. HOA rules require a minimum of 28 days stay which is great because it means that we have less traffic and people stay longer a develop relationships with full time residents and seasonal residents. We look forward to hosting you and hope that you have a memorable stay.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Babcock Range -Babcock National 10th green Stay
Property was very well presented and excellent condition. Excellent view of Babcock National 10th hole, Babcock Lake and Founder Square across the lake. Owner was excellent to communicate with and checked with us part way thru our stay to see that all was going well. Membership transfer at Babcock National was helpful feature. Only downside was that stay was fairly expensive as beside base rental fee, Babcock Ranch charged for many amentities and eating establishments at Babcock Ranch were priced in same vein.
