Pictures of the villa don’t begin to do it justice - the home is beautiful, clean, well-appointed (really appreciate good throw blankets!), and comfortable. Our concierge, Sandra, was incredibly helpful both before and during our trip with everything from last minute massages to arranging food delivery when we were too tired to make it to dinner. We have always enjoyed Punta Mita but this trip set a new bar for tropical vacations!

The Villa was amazing. Everything was brand new. As you walk into the front door all you see is the infinity pool and lots and lots of blue sky’s. We had 11 of us and had plenty of room. We had two wonderful ladies that came at 8:00 AM every morning to fix our breakfast. The food was great and the setup was lovely. After Breakfast they stayed until around 1:30 PM cleaning and doing laundry. We will definitely come back.

Punta Mita Iyari Villa

This is a beautiful property in a new development. The house is even better than the pictures. The staff was responsive and unobtrusive. We had fun exploring on the golf cart. We would definitely come back here!

Spring break

We can’t wait to come back! This has been one of our favorite VRBOs we have ever stayed in- everything was gorgeous … easy access to all beach clubs, easy access to the town- overall super fun! The only critique I have of the property management would be that they should have the ID cards pre printed before arrival- it would make the checkin process at the beach clubs and amenities much easier- we didn’t receive our cards till the day before we left - other than that we can’t wait to come back!

Incredible Iyari Villa

The villa is absolutely stunning! You walk in and the view is breathtaking as you see the whole bay. The floor to ceiling doors of the main living space fully open up to the outdoor area and plunge pool. All 4 rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The bunk bed room has an incredible 96” tv. The location is perfect to get to any of the restaurants and beach clubs as well as going into town. Everything was 5-15 minute golf cart ride. One of the best part of the villa is the staff. Francisco, the property manager, was very responsive and introduced us to Sandra the concierge who arranges everything for your stay. The villa chef and housekeeper made breakfast each day and lunches when planned for us and the food was incredible. Thank you for a memorable trip!

THE BEST!

Wow, my family and I had the most amazing time in Punta Mita staying at Villa Amore. The villa is beautifully furnished and spacious. The view is spectacular and waking up to the sunrise every morning was truly special. The staff was amazing, and our breakfast and lunch meals at the house by the chef, were top notch!! We decided to do a few dinners too out of their menu options and LOVED IT. Highly recommend. Beach club and golf access was super easy and convenient. We've been to Punta Mita many times and this was by far our favorite stay. Will only be staying here from now on!! Couldn't recommend it more.

Fantastic stay- very clean, spacious, and great amenities

Wow! My family and friends loved every minute of our stay. From check in to check out we had a great time. Villa is very spacious, bunk room downstairs doubles as a movie theater/hang out (perfect for kids). Master bedrooms were big and bathrooms had double sinks making getting ready for dinner easy. Chef was very nice and the food was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back to Punta Mita. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Punta Mita. Also- access to nearby hotels and restaurants was perfect and easy to get to. Overall 10/10

AMAZING VILLA!

We had the most beautiful stay at Villa Amore. All the rooms were so beautifully put together and spacious. Everything was spotless and the staff was amazing. The food from Elizabeth, the chef, was absolutely delicious, we had breakfast and lunch by her everyday and it was 10/10 every time. We had such Easy access to All of the beach clubs so we had such a great time going to all the different ones throughout our stay.
