Beautiful Avida Condo, you'll be in the heart of the Romantic Zone and a short walk from everything it has to offer - wonderful beaches, food, shopping, theater, and nightlife.

As soon as you walk through the door of this unique and stylish home, you will love the décor, automation, floor to ceiling windows which slide fully open to let the outdoors in. This along with all the other many amenities the building has to offer. Game room, reading room, tv room, meeting room, along with rooftop hammocks, firepit, BBQ, hot tub and pool all with beautiful views of the mountain side and ocean. We are exited for you to experience your home away from home in this amazing city.

Our stay went smoothly and the place exceeded our expectations. Everything was pristine clean and uncluttered. It has everything we needed and access to food, entertainment and shopping at a walking distance. The security and amenities in the building were outstanding. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

PV paradise

Condo was exactly as pictured- clean , well equipped and spacious. Centrally located - within walking distance to beach and a variety of restaurants.Roof top infinity pool was the icing on the cake!!

The condo was fine. BUT, there were no plastic glasses to take your drink to the pool, only 1 cuttingboard and 1 cutting knife, no toaster, ac only to be set on 23 or 24 degrees celcius, no replacement sheets available or locked up, AND a AMAZON CAMERA above the TV. Unbelievable! We unplugged it. When we confronted the lady who checked us out with this, she said he talks through that with HER, he would never listen or look at you, with was for us the confirmation That he could spy on us.

Great building with great amenities. Plan for eye mask if you are a light sleeper as the blinds are not full blackout. It is quiet at night. Close to everything that PV has to offer.
