Villas Mares de Verano Mismaloya located between jungle, beach, and river, 5 minutes walking distance to Mismaloya beach and a few meters from the original set of the movie “Night Of The Iguana” that made Vallarta famous, located directly in front of the main highway, easy access by car or bus. As you may know, the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.
Consists of 8 exclusive, private residences, where security and privacy are a very important factor. The entire complex is walled off, and the entrance is exclusively allowed to residents and their guests. The exterior amenities include a two swimming pools, parking (2 cars per residence), garden, and landscaping combine with great exterior light to make this a great ambiance for all.
Villa A6 located over 1,592.16 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bathroom, ceiling fan, closet. The second bedroom has two double beds, a bathroom, a closet, ceiling fan. Living room with TV cable, fully equipped kitchen. Outside dining at the terrace overlooking the tropical mountain and swimming pool area.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
