The building is brand new, finished in 2020. The total space is approximately 800 square feet. The decor is modern but comfortable, including two smart TV`s, central AC, a full breakfast/dining area for 4 people, water cooler, and a large 130 square foot balcony with two lounge chairs and a hanging hammock chair. The balcony is roofed to protect you from the elements and with romantic lighting for late nights or sunsets. This unit is on the 13th floor and is unique to the rest of the buildings because of its high ceilings. The bathroom is modern with surrounding floor to ceiling tempered glass, toiletries and bathrobes.
