The location, pool, front desk staff and view from balcony were all excellent. The condo ad is false - ceiling is less than 5’9” in areas, floor needs repair/ loose dangerous tiles, bed mattress is horrible, dishes were not clean and kitchen was not well equipped. Furniture is worn and unfashionable. Overall a low end condo for high end price. Owners should be embarrassed and ashamed. We had no internet for 6 days. Twice daily inquiries to vacaya proved useless. Eventually got the wifi code for building next door as the fix/ solution.

The condo is beautiful, however its unfinished. The property itself is under construction. Inside the condo sevral of the flooring tile were completely loose. My girlfriend tripped sevral times. The balcony doors do not lock. This concerned me because the next door condo is under construction. It wouldn't take much for someone to jump the railing seperating that units balcony. By far the worst part of the condo was not having wifi. Being in México with out data and zero wifi is simply not acceptable. When i informed the property manager he said he would work on a solution for us. He never reach back out to me. In conclusion i wouldn't recommend staying here. While yes the property is beautiful and so is the veiw. Its simply too unfinished. The lack of customer service was disappointing.

Spring break trip

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week over in late March/early April for our spring break. The condo was perfect for what we needed - beautiful view of the ocean, sunset watching on the balcony every night, and a very quick walk to all of the bars and restaurants in the Romantic Zone as well as less than five minutes to the beach. The condo is simple - not a lot of extras - but clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The balcony and the view are fantastic. The AC works well. Overall, the place is very nice. The bathrooms are small and there is a noticeable odor from the drains. The bed is comfortable but could be updated. The instructions could have been more clear about entering from the 4th floor which would have helped save us from dragging our luggage up the stairs. The area is nice with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The area is noisy with nearby pools and outdoor bars but quiets down at 10 pm .

Great location

Good location, yet not noisy. When I have stayed in this area before it can be noisy from clubs nearby. This one had a great view and was still removed from a lot of the noise. There is so much to do. The place is small, but it worked perfectly for me. The pool is fantastic. A lot of pols on PV are shallow, but this one was perfect. Also had good AC and WiFi

Vue exceptionnelle, tre bien situé à proximité de tout. Literie blanche tres propre.J'ai trouve que l'entretien au 10 jpurs est insuffisant. Le condo manque un peu d'amour.Pour le reste je vous laisse en juger osr vous- même. Rapport qualité prix assez bon.

Great view and location!

The penthouse was super great value for money, the views are fantastic, good security in building, fun pool, and close to everything but not near a bunch of loud clubs! Only opportunities for improvement are 10am checkout pretty early, sink drain issue, very minor issues really!

Not appealing no decorations

Could use some updating and a bit of color. No place to sit except on couch/bed or on patio furniture to eat. Not very much in way of kitchen offerings and nothing to light stove with. Also had to pay for cleaning

The view and location are 100% worth it

The view in room is even better than the pictures! The condo complex is in a great location. Right in the middle of Zona Romantica. There's restaurants and bars everywhere. There is also a market, Mini Super Amapas really close that has great groceries. Only one caution...there is a hotel nearby that has shows from 8:00pm-10:45pm on their rooftop and it is pretty loud. If you plan on gong to sleep during that time, bring earplugs. One other thing, the Wi-Fi router went in and out during the stay. All you have to do is unplug it and plug it back in to get it going again. I was happy to find that there were beach/pool towels available in the unit. Used the text feature to communicate with Vacasa and for questions and they were very responsive. This property did not allow for early check-in but you can sit by the pool and wait for your room if you get there early. Very safe and secure location. Will definitely stay here again!
