Surrounded on all sides by wonderful restaurants, great shopping, exciting nightlife, the amazing beaches of Banderas Bay, and some of the best tacos you'll ever try exactly 3.5 mins walk from the building.

**Pet Fee: Please note that a pet fee will be charged for a reservations with pets.

**This building is in the heart of the Romantic Zone directly across from Co-De Nightclub, which on Friday and Saturday nights has music. Guests of this home should be ready for a vibrant downtown stay. The bedroom is located away from the outter walls of the building and getting rest when desired is not a problem for most guests.

Construction in Paradise - be prepared

Fabulous building right in the heart of Zone Romantica's nightlife. The unit is well appointed and just as beautiful as advertised. The two pool areas (yes, two) are luxurious and relaxing -- views from the rooftop pool area are unparalleled. HOWEVER, the views were ruined by an ongoing construction/rehab project two blocks away. A poorly built hotel was being stripped down to its frame by jackhammers all day long. The noise was one thing. The cement dust was another. Both my husband and I nearly lost our voices mid-way thru the week because of how much we were inhaling. (Tequila shots didn't help, as much as we tried :) ) It's not the property's fault -- but anyone staying here over the next several months should be aware. What made the construction more than annoying was the fact that I was already exhausted from lack of sleep. I've stayed the middle of gay nightlife in other cities, but was extremely disappointed by the music pounding away until 4am (6am on weekends). Sleepless nights on vacation are one thing -- but there was no way to catch up on relaxing poolside naps with the construction noise and dust.

Great location, very nice condo

Beautiful condo, everything you need, in the middle of everything. No car is needed. I would def stay here again. It didn't bother me at all but it is close to nightlife so if you're a light sleeper or annoyed by music maybe not the perfect fit for you.
