The neighbourhood is really nice! short walk to the marina where we found excellent restaurants. The room itself is basic. I wish it had better light fixtures and more chairs and another night stand. I also wish they had a better curtain that was easier to open and close. Overall it was a relaxing and calming stay.

Room was advertised as queen size , for there and it's a full size bed for too grown adults...mentioned to front desk she said that's what a queen is in Mexico but down the street there is an Ashley's furniture all American stores everywhere..they know exactly what they had in that roomband the bed had one mattress so it was not high enough to be comfortable to get especially up off the bed , more close to the groundThe room had storage cabinet for one, no drawers and minmus hangers. We had to place one suitcase on the only chair in the room and the other open on the desk. We were in a room right by foliage so Everytime we walked in and out the room we were hit with plants, huge plants... Maintenance should be done with this. Other than that which is the most important to enjoy a vacation with optimum sleep and comfort which I did not find it to be... The area and house was very old workly and nice. This felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Many many rules... The bathroom had NO room, sat on toilet and wall was in your face and no room for dressing and no ac. Had to walk out and get dressed with other person in the room. No ironing board and had to ask for blow dryer. alAND we paid for premium room ...

Good for the money. I would stay here again. The location is great, as I love the Marina and enjoy a morning walk. The drinks are delicious and the staff were helpful. My only complaint is that the food (what I ordered) was not very good, took a long time and was a shockingly small portion. Otherwise great stay.

Although we appreciate the gesture of them accommodating my partner to have a florist prepare the room to surprise me w flowers to celebrate our anniversary. The moment we came in and ready to clean up and shower - there was no water available. We asked about it, but they couldn’t do anything and told us we’ll have to wait til theyre able to fix whatever theyre fixing. The room isnt well lit, kinda dark compared to the photos online. And on top of that, when i was able to finally shower the next morning, the whole pipe that was holding the shower head fell and hit me on the head. Not a very good first day of experience so we decided to just leave and checkout early without expecting any refunds.

Like a private residence in Beverly Hills. On a Beautiful quiet luxury residential street, minutes from the airport, but incredibly serene. 15 minutes lovely walk to the Marina, shopping, etc. Safe. Green. A Perfect break from all the tourist chaos. Great price and value!! A gem!!

The hotel it self its very boutique and cute. The pool area is lovely and clean. For us personally the room was way too small. We like having a place to lay our suitcases out. Makes things a bit easier. Between our suitcases and furniture we didn't have much free space. The room would be perfect for a solo traveler.

Staff was great! but the pool was dirty, and the room wasn't as nice as the pictures make it look. The prices of the food, spa & therapies are higher than Canadian prices! not fair for being in México. Another thing to note, they prohibit bringing alcohol drinks from outside, but you are able to, not sure why that rule is in their Whatsapp Rules msg, and there is nothing in Expedia stating that is a (maybe) sober place.

When I arrived there was no water, could not shower until next day at 11am. No parking lot, no life, no good light on the stairs to the rooms, we had to ask for a compensation for the lack of water (one breakfast off). Nothing but the stay is included on the Room rate. Other than this, food is good and fresh, service is good.
