Great stay! Just beautiful

We loved the property and our condo was very clean and spacious If you’re looking for a getaway that is calming and quiet, this is the place for you. The host was wonderful sent up anything we needed. Great host! We will be back

4th of July get away

We have stayed a few times now staff is extremely helpful and friendly even Chata the dog:)we enjoyed being in Rocky Point on a holiday weekend and the place is not extremely packed. We will be back thank you.

Beautiful condo and location

We have stayed at many condos in RP but Tessoro might have the nicest units we’ve stayed it yet. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. If you like your condo to be quiet, look no further. We felt like the beach was private, we pretty much had it all to ourselves. You can ride atv’s all around the area, fish, swim, etc all within steps of the condo. Highly recommend! We will likely continue to come to Tessoro from now on. The power went out in the area around 2-3am, came back on around 8-9am which made it hard to sleep without the AC but that was no fault of the hosts. The hosts were very accommodating, quick and easy to communicate with, and overall very wonderful. I felt they were dedicated to us having a great trip and we for sure did.

Great Experience in Tessoro

I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience in this condo. Manuel and Ricardo made sure we had everything we needed. Super nice guys. This was our first time to Rocky Point and we felt safe the entire time. Loved that the elevator takes us right to the door of our room. Accomidations were great. Plenty of space and the photos do not do this condo justice. Way better in person! Loved the balcony...much larger in person! Loved that they had a gas grill for us to use on the balcony as well. Kitchen was well stocked. Wish we could have had access to the washer and dryer or maybe some additional towels for the kitchen, but other than that, everything was perfect! Loved that this area of Las Conchas was mostly private, no vendors trying to sell us anything. Nice and quiet. We also loved having the option of the pool when it was too hot on the beach. My kids enjoyed this trip and are looking forward to another stay!

Tessoro #1204 was a great getaway!

Little further drive than Sandy beach but a great place to stay. Unfortunately the swim bar wasn’t in use but there wasn’t many people. Pool and hot tub were perfect all 4 days. The condo was exactly as advertised, thank you Valery! We will be back soon.

Pristine condo in gorgeous location - very comfortable and spacious and extremely well-stocked with dishes and pots/pans (3 types of coffee makers)! Beautiful views from the very end of Los Conchas beach.

Second time in this condo

We chose this condo again because we loved it so much when we stay in July. Different group of friends came along and enjoyed it as well. The only set back I have is the construction going on next door that woke us all up on Saturday and Sunday morning. I did mention it to Manny (property manager). He apologized and said he would look into it. Overall I still give this place 5 stars. I love the location and beach here.

Beautiful Beach

This is our sixth time staying at Tessorro. I have been in other condos, and this one is my favorite! I love that there is a bathroom for every room! They have this room stocked with so many things. Even down to yoga mats, beach towels, extra padding for your bed. The full size grill was an added plus. We try and book this same room again!!

Its Haunted..

It starts out good and dandy, till you realize your staying in an abandoned condo building under construction and its a haunted. The lights turned off once when I was standing in the kitchen but then I carried on..that was day 1.. day 2 i thought i would get some studying done in the spare room. I kept hearing scratching noises and when I closed my laptop to doze off it got worst. I said outlook, I'm out..I crept back to bed with my spouse.. night 3 husband wasn't feeling to good didn't want to wake me so he slept in the spare room I had been in the night before.. he told me next day about it and i told him i had similar experience. Mind you nobody is staying beneath us or next or above honestly us. Night 4 was horrifying and it scared my husband and I and I've tried to block it out, we heard clanging, smacking noises, the tv moved, we heard sandy sandles sliding on the floor! I couldn't sleep and I've been pretty freaked out but its because its prob been abandoned and its just now selling to people. Would I normally leave a vrbo like this but All I could say the last day was im so glad we are leaving because i do feel it would have gotten worse. The owners may not know but that was the only negative part. The location amazing, million dollar views, walking distance to the beach. The guard was a nice touch also and they were very helpful and informative. They booked us in room hotel massages and delivery in the area. Thankfull for the experience. But beware of a scare if you dare stay here ;)
