Relaxing, Quiet Ocean View Condo in Las Conchas with all the amenities

Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condominium. The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. Come stay here to get away from it all, while enjoying all of the amenities you have at home. You can relax in the condo, enjoy the pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. The elevator conveniently takes you right to the 3rd floor and then it's just a quick walk to the northernmost unit. Since it's in the first, most forward facing building, this unit has one of the best views in the complex and it's very private. To the south, you get a glimpse of all of Las Conchas and to the north you have an clear view all the way to Whale Hill.

I'll let the pictures of the condo speak for themselves. Since this is a new unit, all of the furniture is brand new. So you get to be one of the first to enjoy our little piece of paradise. All we ask is that you treat it like it was your dear friend's place and respectfully enjoy it at your leisure.

The complex itself is primarily residential, with a few rental units. It is not a resort style project, so there are no resort fees or added costs. It is in the residential community of Las Conchas, home to primarily ex-pats who own a condo on the complex or a house in the two rows of homes across the main road. A lot of them live there full time, while some are seasonal. Depending on the season, there may be times where you'll have the beach all to yourself!

This condo was simply amazing. We felt right at home! It was equipped with every essential imaginable. The comfort level was great, there were many extra pillows for lounging, extra blankets in the closet for our large families relaxation! Each room was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable and each room/bathroom had Bath and Body Works plug-in scents to keep the home smelling fresh and enjoyable! (These were a family favorite!)The patio furniture was perfect for early morning coffee or having a snack at the end of our busy evening! Our whole family enjoyed the patio together! (Age ranges of kids from 5-18) The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. We enjoyed the large dinner table and extra seating around the kitchen area to have the family all close together during meals. I cannot say enough great remarks about our stay!! Overall this condo exceeded our expectations, was very clean and made our family vacation extremely enjoyable! We had the best time and are grateful we were able to stay here 10/10!

Relaxing get away!

Our stay at Corona del Sol was relaxing! The condo was exactly as pictured. Our host Jose' was great. He was easy to communicate with and had a quick response time. Check-in was contactless and easy. Having security on the premise made for a comfortable stay. Both pools are spacious and not crowded. The vicinity to the Malecon is a 10 min drive max, as well as any grocery store, food, beaches, and the liveliness of Peñasco. It was great to have access to a kitchen to cook and enjoy a meal as if we were home. My family and I had the perfect getaway! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place!

Short walk to the beach, very clean. Parking is limited on the weekends so it was nice to have a garage available to us. A/C kept the place nice and cool for us also. Overall I would stay again.

Excellent choice in Rocky Point.

We had never been to Rocky Point and were here for my son’ wedding in Las Conchas. I looked at many properties before finally selecting this one. It was absolutely perfect, extremely clean and very well furnished condo. It had everything we needed for comfortable and relaxing stay. Great ocean views from the living room , master bedroom and balcony. Condo is in the quiet Las Conchas community yet only a couple of minute drive to downtown Puerto Peñasco . Communication with Jose were flawless, he provided all the info we needed to find the unit and easily check in and will respond rapidly to any further requests. We will definitely stay in this condo again when we come to Rocky Point.

This place is great even more if you are traveling with family. The condo is super clean and cozy it has all the amenities you would need being away from home. Beds are pretty comfy too and they do have a garage you can use. The condo complex is very secure as is guarded 24/7 and they heavily monitor who is coming in and out. Over all a great please to stay and have peace of mind while on vacation.

WELL FURNISHED NEWER CONDO IN LAS CONCHAS WITH VIEW OF OCEAN AND CLOSE PROXIMITY TO BEACH

We had a great experience staying in Jose's condo over a three day weekend. Our experience started off with an introductory email from Jose explaining everything in detail. Suffice to say, communication from the owner was great. We had a feeling we had picked a good place to stay but we didn't know for certain what to expect having never stayed there before. We were pleasantly surprised by the well furnished condo that has views of the ocean and is within a 3 minute walk to the beach. The condo included cable television and internet which was a nice addition while we were in. The complex has two pools which we tried although it was a little chilly in January but none-the-less is a great amenity to have in good weather. The unit felt very secure being up a couple of floors. Overall we would recommend this condo to others. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we felt safe and secure. What more could you ask for when visiting Mexico? We will definitely consider staying at the condo again on future trips. Thank you, Jose!
