The boutique hotel is an old house with lots of charm and it has been updated to make your stay comfortable and quiet. The staff is very helpful and cordial I will definitely stay there again

Lovely hotel in a great area just a few blocks from Zocolo plaza. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and not accommodating. Large room with plenty of space for the three of us. Mexican Harvest restaurant in the hotel was good as well and definitely have a meal at the Santóua Gastrobar a block away.

Hermosa casona.

Me encantó el hotel. Una casona muy antigua pero en excelentes condiciones. El staff del lobby necesita ser más atento, amigable. El señor Eduardo (valet?) es excelente! El cubre la falta de entusiasmo y amabilidad de las personas del lobby. El hace sentir a la gente bienvenida. La fuente es tranquilizante y le da un toque de serenidad al recinto. Hubiera dado 5 estrellas a todo pero por el tragaluz del cuarto entra muchísima luz y no deja dormir. Podrían apagar esas luces exteriores después de las 1pm o algo así. Gracias.

Hotel Boutique Casona 65 Puebla 100% recommend

My Family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time at Hotel Boutique Casona 65. All staff members were polite, kind and caring. Their customer service was beyond excellent. Suite was beautiful, we stayed on a two story room with a leaving room area. I have to highlight the amenities soap, shampoo and lotion were high quality, which we appreciate and enjoy during our stay.

The staff was very kind and willing to help us all the time. Beautiful property. The hotel is well located, but parking conditions were difficult. Plan ahead as we waited for more than 20 minutes to have our car brought back from parking lot. Also, at night we could hear a loud TV set coming from another room. Either sound proofing is needed or warn the guests of these situations in advance.

Great hotel! Old Mexican hacienda style. Clean rooms, The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Esteban and Lalo!! The only thing lacking is extractors inside the bathroom.

From the moment we got out of our TAXI until the moment we left, we experienced a very high level of service. The staff and the accommodations were exceptional and we had a wonderful four-day stay! There are restaurants and museums right outside the front door and the main square is less than a five minute walk away. Highly recommended!

The pictures shown on Expedia are deceiving. The shower was dirty, the bed had hair from another person. My wife wanted to make a local phone call, the staff told her they did not offer phone service... She stayed one night only from the booked three that we had paid and had to go to another hotel. We should get a refund.
