¡Nuestro sueño también puede ser tuyo! El condominio Plantation # 1522 tiene 3 dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño. Tiene aire acondicionado en la sala de estar, comedor, cocina y el dormitorio principal. Hay ventiladores de techo en todas partes. Pacífico y tranquilo. Este es un condominio en el segundo piso (nadie caminando por encima) con fácil acceso a todas las comodidades en el lugar, piscina, barbacoas, gimnasio, bañera de hidromasaje, pero lejos del ruido de la piscina y la carretera. El paquete de actualización de constructores agrega un toque de elegancia. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño grande en suite. Segundo maestro tiene una cama king con baño en suite. We enjoyed our stay in Princeville. It is spacious for a group of 6. The kitchen supplies were perfect. We didn’t use any beach stuff as we didn’t find a beach close enough to swim in. We did clean the fan blades of dust and killed a couple of cockroaches. Overall would stay again if we return to Kauai.

The property itself was very nice and well Appointed.Good proximity to grocery store, a few restaurants, and the Queen’s Bath.The unit does have AC, but it effectively only works in the main living area, and the master bedroom. Second and third bedrooms, effectively don’t have air conditioning. After leaving, the cleaning staff said that there was damage to a kitchen cabinet door above the stove. None of us remembered seeing that or it happening. Recommend taking pictures/ video before departing to avoid potential charges.

Princeville paradise

We loved this town house! It felt so comfy We loved that you provided great beach chairs. They made our beach days so much more relaxing!! The lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and our happy hours in the afternoon! We would love to come back to your Princeville condo!

Perfect condo for our stay

We had six in our party that included two stayers, their husbands and their two sons. The condo had two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with twin beds. Three full bathrooms, which was great. No one tripping over anyone. The kitchen was fully stocked to he able to make full dinners. The dining room table had six seats and the living room had a couch, loveseat and large chair. The condo was nicely decorated and also had a washer and dryer and huge lanai. The owner had soap, shampoo, dish soap and laundry soap, so no need to pack extra things. There is pool and hot tub that were great and not far away. We truly enjoyed our stay and already miss the island. Oh, the grocery store is about a mile away. It was great that you could just run to the store without it being a big hassle. Mahola

Incredible

Thr layout with three bedrooms and each wkth their own nice full bathroom was amazing. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen so nice and well stocked. Our favorite thing was meals on the huge lanai. Great attention to detail. Nice Dyson vacuums, pack and play with new baby blankets, convenient location. We absolutely loved this place so much. The amount of snorkels, nice beach towels, beach chairs, and the ease of cleaning instructions was so nice. We would highly recommend this unit. So spacious and well laid out, plenty of shampoo and body wash, paper towels, dish soap, etc. It was so nice to have a hose bib on the lanai as well as downstairs by the garage.

Hawaiian visit

Overall it was good. A few things were the two bedrooms that are not the master do not have great ventilation so they get very hot even with fans and AC on. Also, there were signs of mice in the house, mouse poo. Location is great and comfortable stay overall.

Comfortable and clean

We had a really great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was really nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied in all three bathrooms. Having beach chairs and an umbrella to use that weren't broken is such a plus! I definitely recommend this condo.

Spacious condo in a great location

I'd give the communication 6 stars if I could. Seamless, trouble-free check-in. Plenty of room for our family of four plus two grandparents. Almost every property I've stayed at in Hawaii has claimed the A/C wouldn't be necessary. This was the first where we actually turned it off in the evening and opened all the windows and screen doors instead.

Lovely condo in North Shore - Princeville!

We loved our stay at this fabulous condo in Princeville - the beautiful location in Kauai the easy going North Shore! It was perfect for our family - with 3bdrms/3 baths and a/c in living/main bdrm - and all the comforts of home! We loved the deck for dining & relaxing and the condo is so close to the Foodland market and it is a quick trip to Hanalei and other beaches. We will stay here again! Aloha and Mahalo!

Outstanding host and stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean and had amenities - kitchen supplies, condiments, toiletries, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, beach towels, cooler, etc.. Check-in was very easy and instructions from Terry were very clear. Accuracy of the listing was correct. Communication with Terry was outstanding; she gave us great recommendations. We experienced an issue early in our stay where the refrigerator and freezer broke. Terry did everything she could to resurrect and fix the situation, and we felt satisfied with the outcome. Location was perfect for experiencing Hanalei and beyond and Kilauea and Moloa'a. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others! Mahalo!

The place is exactly as listed. Was perfect for our family of 5. A bit of an issue with front screen door spring but it did not inhibit our stay. Terri was very personable and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Pleasant stay in Princeville

Our family (including two kids, ages 6 and 2) enjoyed our stay here. The unit was plenty spacious for us and the beach gear equipment was a huge benefit. One thing to note if you have young kids who can’t swim — the community pool does not have much of a shallow end. It ended up being fine but worth mentioning if that’s important to you. Overall, we had a great experience.
