Staff were nice and friendly; unfortunitly there was no running Hot water to take a bath/shower; when I told them they kept saying it should be fixed by now but the issue remained. Rooms to front are very noisey so not much sleep.
Eventually moved to a diffrent room where the hot water worked; it had no windows but I could sleep.
