The pictures don;t do the property justice. The floor plan is very open. Having two showers in the master bathroom is very convenient. Proximity to the beach was a big bonus, due to an older family member we had with us - she was able to walk there with ease! Beautiful property and community.

Overall it could have been a 5 instead of a 3.The good :A big roomy open floor plan with 2 screened in porches with fans, nice kitchen and accessible garage. Close walking distance to beach and pool.The bad:Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom beds need to be replaced.Skillets and sauté pans need to be replaced.Thermostat needs to be able to change settings.The deadbolt locks need to be serviced.

Winter stay

Location of home was great, easy walking distance to boardwalk and beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The home itself had everything needed for our 3 month stay, nice comfortable furnishings with a beachy feel, bright and airy. The pictures shown do not do it justice, the home is lovely. We will be staying at this property again.

Wonderful community, great house

The house is clean & well situated. We have a handicapped family member so the garage access with only a few steps really helped. We were short on a couple items & Alexis wit Vacasa was sensational. She was so helpful, informative & professional.

Much needed get away

We were blown away by this property. It was amazing. It’s the first rental I’ve been to and didn’t feel like I needed to start cleaning as soon as I walked in. We can’t wait to book it again next summer!!

Not my favorite layout. Many small items needing repair. Bricks missing out of the pathway. Several racks hanging by one screw. Location of the home was good though.

A quiet neighborhood

At first we werent sure about the houses being clise together, but it is a quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed being able to do the board walks in the late afternoon, hike down to the beach, enjoy musical talents at the mercantile. I wish I had pictures to show, but it is a wonderful little area with jengo blocks, a lit outdoor area with a stage, an off to the side bricked out sitting area under some trees that are strung with lights, and a sand pit area where you can sit and enjoy your drinks from the bar, or play the sand bag toss game. A swimming pool that is made in dreams, to me anyway. Really nice restaurant if you want to dress up, and a pizza place, sweet shop, and so many other little treats. Bathrooms, not porta potties, are scattered about so you can access these while taking walks. And the house, it was lovely! Please keep it that way. (We did have an issue with the main tv, but we were out doing other things, so I am sure it will be fixed in time for the next visitor. The middle cushion on the couch has a stain just so we don't get the blame nor anyone else after us.) The linens and towels are lux, and the home itself stayed nice and cool even on the hittest day we were there. Love the coffee pot. Carafe or cups. Thank you so much for sharing this residence with us. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at the Oz

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teens loved staying at this house. The house was just as described, and is only a short walk to the beach, pool and town center. Beautiful, comfortable and clean, we would stay here again.

Great trip

Short walk to the beach was great, beach was nice with lots of privacy. We had 6 adults and fit very comfortably. Not a huge place but worked perfectly for our vacation needs. Short walk to a few restaurants and shops as well.

Great Location / Horrible Upkeep

We purchased this as a gift to our parents for their 40th anniversary. A family trip. They arrived a day and a half before us. When they arrived, they noted a few things out of character but wanted us to see them before reporting it. When we arrived, it was confirmed and reported. First, the screen door leading into the property was broken. The door flapped open / closed constantly as the latch was missing. Second, there was no access code or way to lock the back door. I called the rental company and even they had no code for it. Third, there were a lot of things that needed simple repair. The spare bedroom's closet door handle was completely broken off. You couldn't open the door. A stool at the bar was so wobbly we had to set it aside out of fear it could break. There was a random brush under a spare bed and it appeared someone had recently broken a bracelet as there were beads scattered all over the floor in the living room. The toilet tissue holder in the half bath was hanging on by a thread. The screws were coming out of the wall and just extremely flimsy. In the Jack and Jill bathroom, the water damage is so bad the floor is popped up and warped all in front of the tub. Lastly, there were ants everywhere!! Big, biting ants. This was a huge problem as we had an 8 month old crawling around and getting into everything. We constantly had to watch her and keep an eye on her as we couldn't get the ants under control. They sent out a repair man Saturday to provide ant traps and take the screen door down but it didn't make a huge difference. The ant traps did not work at all and we suffered with them all week / weekend. It was so bad they got in our luggage so we had to put it all on top of the dressers to try and prevent it happening again. I've used VRBO multiple times and this was definitely the most issues we've ever had. The rental company said they would reach out and try to make it right and then never responded again. Their lack of concern for all the issues we experienced is appalling to me. This could be a great vacation spot and rental if someone would just take the time to give it some TLC. The location and décor were awesome, just wish everything else would have been too. Definitely wouldn't plan another trip here or advise it to anyone else either.

Relaxing and Peaceful

From the time we booked to the time we checked out, the customer service was incredible! The house was so quaint and comfortable and the beach’s sunsets were like no other; our family’s vacation was very memorable!! We can’t wait to return!!! Thank you for such an amazing time!

So lovely and peaceful

The area didn’t seem over crowded even for spring break! So lovely walking on all the boardwalks and easy beach access ! The house had everything we needed with extra towels and plenty of room to move around. We slept 8 people comfortably

A pleasant stay

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the downtown area. There were a few minor maintenance/cleaning issues but nothing that hindered our stay. We would definitely make a return visit. Overall a great time.

Great getaway experience
