Clean, well organized home in a family-friendly neighborhood. Most everything needed for a short stay is provided. The community pool is a decent size for kids and adults to enjoy. The host, Vern, could use a lesson in hospitality. I booked the villa over a month in advance of my stay; and, upon my arrival, he proceeded to shout at me through the Ring camera, asking who I was and if I had been given authorization to be on the property. Not only was it rude and uninviting, but it made me feel like I was being watched for the remainder of my 4-night stay.Additionally, some information in this listing is a bit misleading. The location of the home is closer to the bay than the beach, which is barely visible from the front porch. To access the beach, you have to cross Hwy 87 which can be a challenge on foot if you have small children. If WiFi is a must-have during your stay, I’d recommend packing a hotspot because the WiFi speed is not 25 Mbps, as stated. A speed test clocked the signal at 2.29 Mbps and it was just enough to watch tv with occasional buffering. There is also no garage on the property.
