Took 3 tries to get keys that worked. 1 room had no running water in the sink. 2nd room had a hole in the bathtub. After checking out 2 days later a charge appeared on our cc for 1 night/1room (I'm assuming since it was 63.50) when everything was prepaid through hotels.com. called to ask them to fix the extra charge and they said I had to dispute it through my bank.

The bed was fine. The hairdryer didn't work, and the tiny TV didn't work properly. I logged onto Netflix and watched about 15 minutes of a movie and it just started buffering. I guess their Internet is not good enough to support streaming services. Also, there was never anyone at the front desk. Not that that bothered me, it just seemed weird. Maybe they should spend more money on updating the rooms instead of updating the lobby.

(owner/manager/contractor-one and the same) was courteous. He was in process of remodeling the front desk area, which looked potentially pleasing upon completion. General condition was run down. Appears to be a reclamation project.

I. Relieve they are working on remodeling the front office, but should start with the room. Out dated, carpet filthy, bathtub would not use, looked dirty. The whole place smelt like cigarette smoke. Pictures are not what you see

The gentleman that checked me in was kind and reassuring that if I parked up front my vehicle would be safe because he installed cameras a year before. Which my van was great when I left. I couldn’t really tell when I pulled up where to go into building. The lobby is under construction but the shape of my room had some issues. The bed slept great and that’s what I needed. But if Super 8 is truly being refurbished it should be shut down until they have rooms that the furniture isn’t torn or extremely dirty to the point you don’t want to sit on it. I paid thru Expedia so I would not get my money back if I left so I reluctantly stayed. Expedia Shame on you this motel should not have been included on choices after looking at all the reviews that are extremely worse than mine. My fault for not checking reviews before I purchased but traveling alone is hard to look and drive. I have pics if wanted.
