Cute farmhouse

House is super cute and perfect for large groups. Very open and spacious. The back yard was beautiful for sunsets and ton of places to take photos. Would definitely rent this house again or even rent for a party at the venue.

Perfect for our group

This property is beautiful and convenient. We are a Girl Scout Troop with 11 girls and 5 chaperones. The girls loved the pool and game room. It was quiet and peaceful. One small suggestion would be a few more things for the kitchen. We had to buy a large mixing bowl and some potholders. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect house for our Chica reunion

We were very happy with the house. Overall the amenities were great! The kitchen could use more dish towels, some casserole pans, some mixing bowls, pot holders and some rubber spatulas for baking. We also could have used some Kleenex.The middle bathroom’s shower soap dispenser was difficult to press /use.The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the huge couch in the living room where we could all gather together. We also appreciated the large dining table where we could eat our meals together.We would recommend your property!

Family Retreat for a Wedding

There were 11 of us staying in this home for three nights for a wedding at a nearby location. We enjoyed the secluded location where we close to stores, but no close neighbors. The space worked very well for us. We enjoyed everyone having their own bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the game room that we could shut off from the living room.

Somewhat satisfied, but could do better!

When we arrived, the property did not look at all as nice as advertised. The hot tub was dirty and almost empty and there was frog in it. One of the showers water temperature adjuster was broken. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed, and hot water come out of the dispenser. We also rented the Tiny House next to the big house. Arriving the Tiny house was hot like a sauna!! The air conditioner took a full day to cool the place down and the ceiling fan was broken. Same weeks before our arrival, Zakkiyah the host was hard to reach, and response time was extremely slow. We received a text from him minutes before our arrival with house rules that would have been helpful to know before we left our own homes for better preparation. Information from him, information on Vrbo and information in the guest book does not match up. It is confusing. Once there we reached out to Zakkiyah to let him know about the above-mentioned issues, his response was very prompt. And the next morning a nice man come out to help us to fix our problems. He could not fix the shower or the refrigerators filter. But cleaned and filled the hot tub. And brought a standing fan for the Tiny House. We were very satisfied with both of these people helping to make our stay comfortable.Last but NOT LEASE....we keep running out of Hot water Showers before the evening showers are done. And it is still cold in the mornings.

Underwhelming

Overall underwhelming.The place is poorly laid out for a a large group. Only way to get to the outside is through one of the bedrooms. Walls are paper thin so plan on hearing everyone in every room. One bedroom has a private bath. Three beds share another bath. Then the remaining beds are stuck with one tiny bathroom. Water pressure is non-existent if more than one shower is running. Basically nothing can be flushed down a toilet and the sink is unusable for anything other than water. Dead roaches upon arrival in the kitchen. Was told that it was sprayed and pests get into the property and die. Ok...how about the corpses get cleaned up before the guests who paid money show up? Emailed and asked if rental included guest house RV and was told yes. When we checked in, we were told it was a "miscommunication" and we didn't get to use it (so one less bathroom). Booking company didn't respond to my query about it and the person who did respond sent the owners "apologies" for the miscommunication. But that didn't solve anything. Just meant we didn't get the extra space we were told we had. Road to house is pot holed. It is not that easy to get to and you have to go through residential neighborhoods to get there. It wasn't terrible and beds were fairly comfortable. The temperature was acceptable once we complained and were told how to reset the thermostat so it didn't stay hot, but a lot of underwhelming details and an underwhelming stay for my group.

Strawberry lane-plant city

Beautiful property as advertised. Good communication with property management. Unfortunately pool was not clean and working properly. Notified mgmt team but was not fixed until 4th day of our stay out of 5. My 13 yr old was very disappointed. I’d recommend making sure advertised amenities such as pool/ hot tub are operating properly and cleaned ready to use. Otherwise, it was a wonderful venue. Peaceful, beautiful sunsets,private, everything is provided that you would need for a vacation stay.

Stay in Plant City

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here with our bridal party and some family members but there was enough space and things to do for everyone to enjoy. The backyard was the highlight we loved sitting out there and having the cows come up to us since we don’t get to see farm life like that often. The only downside I would say is for the money, there are some things that could’ve been updated or in better condition. Also, there were times when the hot tub would act a little funny, but for the majority of our stay it worked as it should. If we had a large group of people or other friends getting married close by we would definitely recommend this property.

Great for families with teenagers

We were in town for a family wedding. Traveling with 3 kids 12,14 & 15. Kids loved the game room pool and hot tub. Adults did too. 3 private bedrooms and a huge room with plenty of beds and bunks. Great rural setting. Loved watching the cows in the back field and the pretty sunsets. House was very clean. Beds very comfortable.

By far one of the best vacation rentals

Country home vibe, super spacious plenty of entertainment options with game room and outdoor activities, kept clean and well supplied kitchen and bath necessities even body wash shampoo & cons provided ( never had that at a rental before) . Had an issue with the hot tub called the manager and was rectified immediately. And there’s Cows roaming near by what a beautiful experience - my large group of a family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return for a future trip- The Lozada’s

Our Experience

It was a very clean house, it had almost everything we needed. It had some issues with the AC, we couldn’t control the temperature inside of the house. They probably had a preset on the thermostat. Also, only one shower was working properly. The shower handle in the hallway bathroom is slightly broken. The other shower was very tiny, and had some issues with water control, it was either hot or cold water and you couldn’t make it warm. The drain also didn’t work properly was the water didn’t go down. The pool and hot tub were great. Overall the rental price for this house is a little overpriced.

Great place for a large group/family

Overall this house was perfect for a large family needing 17+ people to sleep. The mattresses were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. I would not plan to use the grill for a large group. Hamburgers were difficult since the grill was a little older. The patio and hot tub were awesome ! The scenery was perfect for a quite relaxing private place. Our daughter was married in Dover so the location was great and not too far from other things. All supplies we needed were provided. Great coffee maker! They answered all our questions when I called and asked. We did not have any issues w anything.

Beautiful House & Property

I rented this house for my now husband and I as well as our wedding party to stay in for 2 nights surrounding our plant city wedding. We had 20 people in total stay with us and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone thought the house was beautiful and we enjoyed the many activities like the game room, pool, hot tub & fire pit. Two cows on the property stayed right at the fence line close to us as we were outside and it was such a fun extra experience! The contact for the property never took longer than 15 minutes to respond to my emails before and during our stay and was very kind and professional. The house was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as presented in the listing. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The endless strawberry fields surrounding the property were also gorgeous! Thank you and we would certainly stay here again if we plan another stay in the area!

Girls weekend away
